Is there an option to set the multible layered button back to its starting point? For example if im practicing a song and i make a mistake at 3 can i switch back to 1 somehow without needing to press the button until 4? When i play a song with multible double, or more, layered buttons it is impossible to keep track of what button i have to press how many times to get back to start.
+Lev In the description, it says that at 10:37 is where you set up chains to do the whole thing with "pages" could you elaborate a little more on what you did there? I've been trying to do that, but haven't been able to figure it out.
+Alastair “Remington” Read I didn't actually do any setting up of the chains there, but what i should really call it is the "chain selector". The setup to this is better explained at the start of the lights section. When I map the orange bar to macro one, and then midi map that (it is now called chain selector) to the buttons on the right, allowing you to change pages. (You could call them chains, or banks of sounds as well). Once you've midi mapped the chain selector to the buttons on the right, you should be right. I forgot to upload the template that I made, so if you check the description, there should be a link for that. Hope this helps and if you have any more questions, just let me know. :D

Hey! Best launchpad to get would the MK2, it has RGB display and can make better light shows than the one I have, the launchpad S. There are videos on how to set it up and the best place to learn is 'launchpad-pro.com', the guy who runs it, Kevin, has put a lot of time and effort in, basically everything you need is there, so check that out!
+Lev i have a problem with the "the only way is up" project file. im new to ableton and launchpad and when i load the project file it says missing media files.
Search for the location of the project file and then find the samples folder. Once you do, click on the orange missing files thing and then on the right, there should be an option to manually search for the files. Just search for the sample folder you just found and this should fix it :D
How come when I tried using your project file, the samples weren't loaded to the same pads as yours? I'm new at this and it just didn't really make sense to me. Please help if you can. Thanks a lot.
+Lev I downloaded your project file for "The Only Way Is Up" and none of the samples wanted to load up to the pads. There's only one pad lit up and when I push it, basically the whole song plays.

Eltis right click the sample, click crop, it automatically creates the sample folder for you
