Is the plot size 30×60 or just the structural dimensions???
This plan is perfect if your house is open from all sides. What if your neighbors raise 40-50 ft wall on your right, left and back side? Do you have any solution for this?????

Pls try to change your narration method, it's becoming monotonous and missing out the design language. Guess you are concentrating more on the script than the actual work.
