As per my observation the following are missing.
1. Sump for water storage
2. Overhead tank
3. Security features for main entrance & all external doors because of glass & wood combination.
4. Utility for cleaning utensils
5. Washing & drying area for clothes
6. Kitchen storage space
7. I couldn't able to understand why a separate exit from kitchen to outside, possibility of theft will be more.
Apart from these, project is awesome
Very unpractical design for country like India. No matter how posh the area and people are their will be always security issue
@@h.n1433 India is one of the most unsecured countries in the world. This thing will only change if the society become peaceful and doesn't do discrimination which is near to impossible there.
I like almost all your plans, they all look too good & luxurious even in such small plot areas! But pls also make alternate plans which are more practical for indian houses keeping these 4 things in mind:
1. Summer: Here in India it gets too hot in summers and in such plans too much sunlight and glass house effect can make such houses too hot
2. Rains: all open areas in such plans will be a nuisance in rainy season specially in cities with good rains every year
3. Plants: specially such long creepers, maintaining them will be next to impossible, and even if it’s maintained, lots of mosquitoes, insects, lizards will be there inside house
4. Safety: for elders & children, climbing stairs & from thefts!
Other than these 4 points, your plans are superb that’s why I am giving a constructive feedback 😊So pls make more videos with similar plot areas but more practical plans keeping above things in mind!

Very good but car parking can space should be bunderground so that swimming pool can also be built at backyard

The guest bedrooms on the ground floor has to be around TWO 12 x 12 ... so this has to be a building width of 24 even if 20feet at 10 x 10 bedrooms. How are you get this to a building of 20 feet by even 20 feet and then going up 4 stories and get 1800 sq feet?

Only problem is this doesn't have any setback & would not be allowed unless it is in a wal to wall building area of the city
But if it is in an area where wall to wall construction is allowed (that is no set backs), then this building will have very poor ventilation and heat build up inside the house will be high
