This is Ar. Amruta Nagpure, Masters in Infrastructure Design from IIT Kharagpur, and today is Architectural Monday.
This is a 3BHK Housing designed on an area of 30 x 60 feet. The total built-up area of housing is 2500 sq feet. The Basement consist of Swimming Pool, Bar counter and Lounge area, Home Theater and Home gym. The Ground floor consists of Parking and front porch, Care Taker's Room, Living room, Kitchen-Dining with the backyard seat out, Bedroom with Walk in Closet and toilet. The first floor consists of the family room, Kid's play room, 2 bedroom with Balcony and attached toilet. The best part is the terrace garden with evening seating with fire place.

So what will be the total cost to build this house?
Already mentioned. It would be around 1.2cr
I dont likes...
1) bath rooms sizes,
2) garden & parking size
3) no pooja room
4) plot size small (for me)
5) kitchen storage not enough
6) basement you use for small home theater, small gym, bar, pool its ok then where is place for underground water storage and underground septic tank,
Some more little things..
What i likes..
In small plot 200 sq yards you people done good job.. (With out plot cost) build cost 70_80lacks, for interior 25_30 lacks means around 1.10crore.. Around 3500 sq feets build up area mean per sq feet build cost Rs.3200 i think cost high but what quality material itams use for build its depends ..
