If you are looking for a yarn to swatch, the Big Twist Value Christmas Colors would be fun! I am using it to make mini stockings and I love it! I love your videos and watch them as soon as you make them! Thank you!
Great job on the swatches, Cody and Glenda. I think it’s awesome that you thought of other’s ways to do it when you first attempt didn’t work. I do love the remake yarn. The air is not something I wouldn’t use in my projects. I can use sportlight weight yarn, dk, medium and bulky. Thanks for videos. Sending prayers, love and hugs
Thanks for another great review. Hooked by Robin does have a tutorial about working with fuzzy yarn, but I’m with you guys I want to enjoy my crochet time.
Beautiful yarns! Cody has the perfect voice for a Broadcaster, DJ, Announcer. Very clear, concise and enjoyable. (My dad was a radio DJ and in the Public Speaking and Entertainment industry.😊)
Thanks. After watching your video, I agree with your comments on these 2 yarns. Loved the 2 granny squares. Great ideas on how to use the colors together.
I really like the Remake. The wool ease air is more of a novelty yarn in my opinion. It's like working with homespun. You have to feel your stitches, you can't see them. Take care guys ❤
So true about Homespun! I learned the hard way, 20 years ago. 🤣 Once I figured out that I had to feel the stitches, I made lots of wonderful things with Homespun, and it's silky soft and lovely.
Hi Glenda & Cody. Thanks for showing us some of the Remake yarn colors & how they looked worked up. I especially liked the Azure blue, Dusty lilac & pink colors & how they worked up in your Granny square swatch Glenda. I wasn't a fan of the LB Wool Ease Aire w/ the sneak peek on Tues as I have worked w/ a similar yarn in the past & see that you both have a similar opinion as to the difficulty in crocheting w/ it. Cody, thanks for struggling w/ those swatches of the Aire yarn. I was feeling your frustration as you were working that swatch on the sneak peek Tues. Thanks also for the wash & dry tests on the yarns. ❤️
I love, the Amber, split pea green, chestnut, I really love the 3 fall colors and the sample. I will have to get some of that yarn. Thank you for sharing your time to do these. I greatly appreciate it each time you do these.
Pretty yarn, some yarns are horrible to work with.. I've been crocheting since I eas 10 so 60 years and I still have yarns I like and don't like. You 2 keep it up you keep me tickled and love watching you. ❤
Those granny squares are very nice! I would not choose the wool ease aire to make anything with. Thank you both so much for sharing your results with these yarns.🤗 Wishing you both a wonderful weekend 🙏🏻💖
I really love these videos! Another thing I would be interested in, is telling what hook size you use to make your sample. That helps us to figure out exactly if it's a thinner or thicker version of a certain yarn.
Hi Glenda and Cody 😊 I love the fall color granny square you did, I would definitely love a blanket made with those colors. I appreciate your samples a lot, I would not buy the wool ease after seeing the video. Thanks guys and stay well 🙏
Thanks guys, I really enjoyed the video. It's so good to see how the yarns work up so I'll know what they will look like and what yarns to buy. I loved Cody's comment on using the sample as a swifter duster!😂
Oh My Goodness I am really liking both of those Granny Squares! The colors for both are PERFECT 🤩 Do you have a tutorial for them (granny squares) mine doesn’t look anything like yours at all… The WoolEase yarn works great on the handheld S shaped Loom but to crochet 😠
Love watching you both. Choosing yarn is much easier after watching your videos it takes the guess work out of buying yarn online. I appreciate the time you take to review the samples and how you wash and dry and how it comes out. Much appreciated all you both do. Thank you very much 💓 😊
The wool ease is BEAUTIFUL when knit!! It's too bad it doesn't work well crocheted. I just got some the other day, and while it definitely is a bit tricky to work with, the swatches I have made so far came out lovely. All the fluff catches on the inside when I knit it, so the outside is smooth with a very slight fuzzy texture and good stitch definition and the inside is super fluffy and fuzzy and soft. Looks totally different from your swatches- I almost couldn't believe it was the same yarn! I used 6 mm needles. I am super excited to make sweaters and hand warmers and fuzzy winter things with it. I'm sorry it didn't work well for you!! Maybe give it away to a knitter :) Funny how crocheters and knitters can have such different experiences and outcomes with certain yarns!
Those granny squares are everything!! so beautiful!! Yah know what that weird wool would be great for and absolutely beautiful would be in art weaving or to achieve that texture, I mean incredibly niche in my eyes but nonetheless I will buy and try it out for that, lol thanks for the review, I'm intrigued.
I like to use fuzzy yarn with a non fuzzy carrier yarn ie if you hold that together with like say super saver yarn its easier to crochet and is nice and soft too.
Love the lilac! I usually don't like greens but the split pea has won me over. Like the autumn colors too. I really appreciate the wash/dry tests! I get soooo frustrated with fuzzy yarns and I've been crocheting for over 45 years! If yarn is hand wash/lay flat to dry it's not for me.
Love the pink, blue & lavender Looked at the sweater pattern, they are holding it double with Vanna’s choice which would make a huge difference when knitting.
I really like the colors and the way the re-make looked worked up. 👍 To me the wool ease aire is a novelty yarn. Not sure if it would help working it up with another yarn or not. Maybe it would work better as a border on a cardigan or wearable or something. 😂 Trying to remain optimistic! 😂 I mean you either love or hate working with yarns like this. Thanks for sharing! 😊
I like the remake yarn. I saw it in the store and couldn’t believe how soft the yarn is! You granny square combo is really nice together. I like how you show with different stitches. I see the wool ease but I just don’t know if I want to try it. Thank you for sampling the different yarns
Thanks for the review of the Re-Make yarn, Glenda and Cody! I was turned off by it being 100% polyester, but you’ve changed my opinion of it and I’m going to give it a try! 😊 I’ll pass on the Wool-Ease Aire.
I think I would use another strand of yarn, maybe a 2 or 3 weight, with the wool-ease aire. That would make it easier to find your stitches. Thanks for all you do.
Now I want all of the Remake yarns! 😂 The Woolease air definitely looks like one of those fluffy knitted yarns. It’s probably not going to wear well either. So glad you guys do these swatches for us!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I ordered in 2 skeins in the color way “crayon box”. I made ear warmers in the thermal stitch and am currently using it double for a basket/project bag. I like this yarn!
I love the look of the Remake, especially Autumn granny square, loved those colors together. I looked at the Wool-Aire when I was in Michaels & just didn't like it. It would be a pain to frog. I doubt it will be around long because so far everyone I have seen review it does not like it. Thank you for your reviews! If Michael's carries the ReMake I will pick some up.
Thanks, Glenda and Cody, I appreciate you both taking the time to do the swatches and this video. These videos help me so much! The Remake Yarn is one that I would have never considered before your video. now I will definitely purchase it. As far as the Wool-Ease Aire, thanks for, "taking one for the team!" MaryAnne in New Mexico USA
First of all, therekaie yarn were impressive. That was just beautiful, and I am thinking how nice it would look with a creamy white. I was not impressed by the woollies air yarn at all. It just did not look attractive. And I don’t think it would look much better knitted. Lion Brand, accompany that puts out wonderful yarn. Missed on this one. Thanks for the great video. As always, I enjoyed it and again, please put all of these videos into one playlist. I like to go back and look at them, and save the ones that I really like.
It’s nice to have some solid yarns in swatches. Sometimes you just want to have a solid and use a really pretty stitch, that doesn’t show in a colorful yarn. Maybe it sounds boring, but you have a lot of more detailed pretty stitches on your sight that would be nice to highlight when you show some solid yarns that show good definition. (Like today) I’m happily surprised that you like the polyester Re-make. I usually don’t go near polyester. But I’ll look at that one. …. No Bueno on the wispy wool ease😒….. Hi to The Bee!🐝 Thanks again for your hard work,👍
Don't like the pink, blue or green. or dusty lilac, so that leaves the browns. Nice patterns that were used though!! I like it when Cody uses the V stitch, the Kroller stitch, the Chevron stitch and the granny square. Am not fond of the plain double stitch for samples because the other stitch patterns show up the yarn colors better with the other stitches. Thank you both for taking your time to make these samples for us!!! Hugs
The remake looks great! I’m gonna have to order/pickup a skein of the aire. It sounds like it’s a great functional yarn, like to like things with for insulation. You’ve peaked my curiosity. Thanks for another thorough sample video!
Thanks for watching ❤ Watching as much of the video as possible really helps us continue to make videos! Remember to like & subscribe! 🎉😘

"My lovely assistant, Grandma" LOL Cody, I wish I had a grandson like you, you're so sweet and funny. Good review.
Thanks for another great review.

Hi Glenda and Cody, thank you for the yarn swatches. I love the granny squares made up of the remake yarn…very pretty.😊🧶❤️
The pink and blue together are stunning
I TRULY LOVE LION BRAND'S REMAKE YARNS!!!! THANKS, AS ALWAYS, FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE BY SHOWING US THE SWATCHES AND HOW THEY REACT TO WASH/DRY!
Thank you for the swatch samples. I like the granny swatches using the Remake yarn.🥰
Hello Glenda and Cody❤️❤️ I love your yarn Lab!! Awesome
Thank you so much for doing the swatches. It's so informative and useful.
Great video of sampling 🧶 yarn!!
Love the granny squares and mixed color samples. Remake - fall colors. Wool Ease - not sure how I feel about it. Pretty colors.
Have a good day!
Thanks. After watching your video, I agree with your comments on these 2 yarns. Loved the 2 granny squares. Great ideas on how to use the colors together.

I learned the hard way as well 😂. It is soft. @@ravelanone9462
Another great and informative video, Thanks for all of the work you put into gathering this information for us!
HI GLENDA & CODY, REALLY LIKE THE RE- MAKE YARN & COLORS. THANK YOU FOR SHARING ❤😊💖
Hey maybe try the fussy yarn on your Addi. I use the fuzzy yarn that I have on my addi and love the way it looks.
Wonderful video! 18:23
Thank you, both!

Hello Glenda and Cody. Really love the wash and dry test! ❤😊
I love the yarn ice glace. I have never crocheted with them but I have knitted a blanket and it came out lovely...
Liked seeing your samples.
Thank you for your time to give your honest review
Thank you for reviewing these yarns. Very helpful!
Pretty yarn, some yarns are horrible to work with.. I've been crocheting since I eas 10 so 60 years and I still have yarns I like and don't like.
You 2 keep it up you keep me tickled and love watching you. ❤
I appreciate your honesty! Might try the remake
Maybe the wool ease would work well holding another yarn with it
I think the Wool Ease Aire is made for trimwork such as used with another yarn for brims of hats etc.
Thank you for the review on these yarns!!
Those granny squares are very nice! I would not choose the wool ease aire to make anything with.
Thank you both so much for sharing your results with these yarns.🤗
Wishing you both a wonderful weekend 🙏🏻💖
Great review🤗 Cody is such a great asset to your channel 👍
I really like the fall colors in the Granny Square.
Thanks for the info., yes like these swatches.
"I Love This Yarn" is the yarn I love to crochet with and is my favorite.
I would like to try the remake yarn. Beautiful colors.
I really love these videos! Another thing I would be interested in, is telling what hook size you use to make your sample. That helps us to figure out exactly if it's a thinner or thicker version of a certain yarn.
Beautiful colors
Hi Glenda and Cody 😊 I love the fall color granny square you did, I would definitely love a blanket made with those colors. I appreciate your samples a lot, I would not buy the wool ease after seeing the video. Thanks guys and stay well 🙏
I love the Granny squares 😊
Thank you ❤

Hello Glenda and Cody 🌻💖☺️
Thanks for the swatches
No to Wool Ease, Thank you for sharing!!!
I liked the Remake, but definitely not the air yarn. Thanks for the heads up🐝
Saw the woolease aire today...wondered how it would work up. Thanks for showing it worked up
Not usually a fan of Fall colors but that granny square is so beautiful! I may have to rethink my preferences! Thanks for the preview as always 🌸
Those granny squares are everything!! so beautiful!! Wow, I never thought of that. Great idea!
I think the one yarn would make a nice scarf and hat. 😎
Thanks for reviewing 😊
Thanks for the video Cody and Glenda.

I love all the colors of wool ease.
Love the pink, blue & lavender
Looked at the sweater pattern, they are holding it double with Vanna’s choice which would make a huge difference when knitting.
Liked the browns❤
We all love u grandma and I'm so glad to be a member !!!

Hi, Glenda and Cody!
Cody And Glenda I loved the Amber I think The Amber is really pretty God.Bless you guys VA. ❤✨️👑🙏♥️🔜🎅
Thank you Cody.And.Grandma✨️👑🙏♥️🔜🎅
Hi Glenda, make a snowman on your Addi, there's a great tutorial on Koala Knits and knacks and so much quicker than crocheting one xx
Use that wool ease air for the fuzzy tops of stockings.
Beautiful granny squares
Cody , try the wool ease aire on the loom! Bet the would make a cute hat & scarf!
Love your videos
I love the granny squares, especially the fall colours.. Thanks for sharing..❤
Hello Glenda and Cody. Great review.
I have found that with novelty yarn I don’t like to work with or not know of a project for it. I will use it as an added touch on a border.
Hi love the colors I like the colors you put together beautiful I always have a problem with colors thanks it helps me out a lot with colors
I like the remake yarn. I saw it in the store and couldn’t believe how soft the yarn is! You granny square combo is really nice together. I like how you show with different stitches. I see the wool ease but I just don’t know if I want to try it. Thank you for sampling the different yarns
Good see y’all ! Thank y’all’s hard working !! 😂
Thanks for the review of the Re-Make yarn, Glenda and Cody! I was turned off by it being 100% polyester, but you’ve changed my opinion of it and I’m going to give it a try! 😊 I’ll pass on the Wool-Ease Aire.
What if you used another yarn with the wool ease air, try a sample
I think I would use another strand of yarn, maybe a 2 or 3 weight, with the wool-ease aire. That would make it easier to find your stitches. Thanks for all you do.
I like the Re-Make yarn the best.
Now I want all of the Remake yarns! 😂 The Woolease air definitely looks like one of those fluffy knitted yarns. It’s probably not going to wear well either. So glad you guys do these swatches for us!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Chestnut, Amber, Split Pea so perfect! I gotta make that granny square blanket
I would imagine that the Wool-Ease would be very difficult to frog as well
Love the fall colors!!
I ordered in 2 skeins in the color way “crayon box”. I made ear warmers in the thermal stitch and am currently using it double for a basket/project bag. I like this yarn!
You could use your new ADDI knitting machine for a sample.
I love the look of the Remake, especially Autumn granny square, loved those colors together. I looked at the Wool-Aire when I was in Michaels & just didn't like it. It would be a pain to frog. I really like the remake yarn. I especially love the amber, split pea and chestnut combo. Very fallish!
Thank you for the reviews
I use a bigger hook with the wool ease to make ear warmers. Cody, I used a half herringbone or half double.

Thanks for sharing and I agree 💯
Hello Grandma and Cody, I really like the remade yarn it is beautiful.
I agree the wool ease air doesn’t look good crocheted. I love the remake
The air yarn would be nice for a Tunisian crochet project.
I used the knit stitch and basket weave stitch (both Tunisian), and they came out pretty well!
It’s nice to have some solid yarns in swatches. Sometimes you just want to have a solid and use a really pretty stitch, that doesn’t show in a colorful yarn.
