    Let me know if you have any additional tips for becoming a faster runner. Off you watch carefully you will see I skipped a number…I forgot one of my tips…running hill. Running hills is an excellent way to build strength and improve speed. Hills challenge your muscles and cardiovascular system, helping you develop power and endurance.

    Loving the content! For me not getting injured is the biggest benefit to getting faster! Which requires regular stretching and strength/mobility work.

    I think you mentioned your nutrition on the bike that had both regular gels and gels with caffeine. What was that brand?

      Maurten Gels. The have caffeinated and non-caffeinated
