      #WorkHard But#PlayHarder I understand what you mean, but I also know something regarding this topic, and it’s not only by hearing what the experts are saying, but I also know personally by observing people’s behavior that this spiritual emptiness is more widespread then it looks to some, this deep depression and anxiety is so common nowadays that it scares me when I think about what kind of a world are we leaving behind to the children., the experts are also saying that this is a new phenomenon, and that it true, because I’mold enough to describe a different environment which was present not so long ago, but then couple if things happened and we are now spending countless of hours on media devices, and it is not that we have become smarter then those we inherited or more experienced, the truth is that we have become more constricted , which means that we lack hugely in experience, meaning that we have become hugely prone to negative traits, ., So, the experts say that this is spreading like an epidemic, and you just don’t know anymore if the person you are talking too is in a better or worse situation then yourself, like when your in a hospital emergency room, you can’t know who is in a better or worse situation until you run the diagnoses., my dear brother or sister , I have only one conclusion regarding this situation, we have become so concentrated on our own selves and our own wellbeing that we can’t even function as individuals anymore let alone as a healthy society.,as for anyone that is part of this mental state I have this to say: One needs to understand that the reality of living is the own spiritual progress, progress that should result in a positive outcome, an outcome that results in a person obtaining great virtues, such as Wisdom, Justice, Fortitude and Temperance., And if your upbringing was not able to help you achieve these traits because of X factors and if at the present time you are unable to make a huge progress immediately, then start with small steps, such as, Read the message of the Creator Himself the Quran, keep his guidance close to your heart and then read some nice book, put every doubt aside for a moment, the ones such as: such as what is meant by this saying or that saying , leave these doubts alone for the time being and concentrate on the biggest doubt of all of them, and that is, is Allah subhana wa ta’ala really engaging with me and you, then start engaging with him first and you’ll see!!!, be the first to take the initiative and you’ll see and then you’ll kick that doubt out of your head and never allow it back in!!!, so, set aside those thoughts such as : what is going to happen if this and that happens, and take the weakest doubt which I just mentioned and kick it like you want to score a penalty which will win for you the World Cup 🏟., then start small, by greeting a friendly person on the street or in the mosque or in the shop or wherever, then greet some more nice and friendly people in the mosque and on the street or somewhere else, further away, and then read some more books, and then travel some more and greet some more people, this is how I see the solution to overcoming these destructive behaviors and false understandings., may Allah Subhana wa ta’ala apply the prayer of Musa AS on you and on everyone who is suffering from the tightness of the chest, may Allah widen your chest and expand the world for you and make it comply to you under your feet,Ameen✊🏻
      Rabb-ishrah li sadri, wa yassir li ‘amri, Wah-lul ‘uqdatam-min-li-saani, Yaf-qahuu qawlii
      O my Lord! Expand for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness); Ease my task for me; And remove the impediment from my speech, so they may understand what I say
[Surah Ta-Ha; 20:25-28]

      @@qasimakram8595 Unfortunately for many people the lack of support and understanding from others especially people we love causes depression and suicidal thoughts. May Allah help you through this difficult time. I have been though something similar and am living proof that life will get better. We all need to have difficult times in order to grow stronger. As they say no pain, no gain. I had Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for around 10 years, when i got pregnant with my son who is now 3 years old (Alhamdulillah) i was put in mental hospitals, i was in three different ones and only came out after a year of being in there. Now that im out im the best i have ever been mentally ma sha Allah. Obviously there is alot more to my story but what im trying to say is never give up in life, life is too precious. It is difficult but we go through these things for a reason, only Allah knows fully why we are experiencing these things. Every moment on this earth is a passing moment, happiness and sadness will come and go, nothing lasts forever here. Lets just be the best we can be inorder to reach our goal of pleasing Allah and being in Paradise.

Comon man STOP saying this is Halal and Haram focus on loving Allah rather than pointing at others. Dosen't matte WHAT SIDE you believe to be true. IF you act like this it causes fitnah and turns people away from deen. A true scholar dosen't point fingers but shows love. I feel like khaled experienced something similar to what Dina did. i.e. he started out on YT and accumulated a Muslim audience, who eventually turned on him :/
    It's sad how we complain about Islamophobia, yet we chew up and spit out our own people, with little regard for their dignity.
    EDIT: and I really respect that unlike many other muslim public figures, he hasn't made a video exploiting her hijab "issues". If there was a chance for him to increase his views, that was the golden opportunity right there. Yet he didn't take it. His silence on the matter shows that he's not a fame hungry leech.
    Whether you think khaled's tunes are halal or not, at least he can sleep easy knowing that neither he (nor Dina), threw others under the bus to get where they are today. Their success and popularity wasn't built off stepping on or piggy-backing off others' names. It came from their own hard work alone. And that's not something every RUclipsr can say ..

      If it really was about Islam and they (audience) felt so offended by khaled's actions, they should have just unfollowed him, end of story. Perhaps even spoken to him privately if the opportunity arose.
      There was no need to leave spiteful messages under his posts. All it probably did was push him further away.

We need to try to make sure we don't just take the route that is most convenient for us or that we like but what seems valid and can be traced back as much as possible to the teachings of the prophet (saw) . I don't know whether music is haraam or not but with this and other things I hope we are all guided to what is right and protected from what is impermissible.

    I really appreciate this sincere interview. Both the interviewer and the interviewee did a great job. I am a singer and a Muslim girl who wears a hijab and plays music. It has been more than a decade that I have been singing and stopping due to these existential crises that you have been through. It is funny that I reached the same conviction and the same exact conclusions. I do not mind stopping and reflecting on my intention as an artist and as a Muslim. But, I have to say that music has helped me to cope with mental issues and extremely difficult episodes of my life (that no khotbah or daawa managed to solve). I also practice my faith thoroughly and I have recited the whole Quran at a young age. I believe that it is easy to sense what is haram and what is not. And if your intention is to spread positivity and help Muslim and non-Muslim communities to be the best of themselves, why God would punish you for it!? I learned from my experience that this issue can only be answered individually and throughout your own experience with music. Stay authentic to who you are and reflect on your intentions that is the only true path. God bless you! P.S: I am a big fan of your work and deen squad as well!

      if your intention before drinking alcohol is that you just want your drunk self to entertain your sick mother, then why would God punish you? because there are other ways to entertain people and using a method he has explicitly said is haram is the reason he will punish you.
      Similarly, using Music to improve your mental health and spread positivity will get you punished because Allah has made music impermissible and associated it with the devil.
      Music will always be impermissible that ruling won't change, but whether you listen to it or not will change and you are in charge of that. It's a test from Allah and a lesson in your life.

    Today all that we do is comment and say thing that we don’t have knowledge of . Quran and music is completely two different things . Quran is Allah’s word and is here to guide mankind . Music is a talent given by Allah to some individuals to make good use of it . If you have the good intentions to influence the youth. I don’t see no harm with it . That’s my point of vue . May Allah guide me if am wrong. Cause am just a human created weak .

    music isnt good PERIODD it is the words of the shaytan and it is the shaytans quran .. music leads to many different thing thats haram thats why you would see so many people being emotional and going through difficulties and having issues because music ! once u lose that relationship with allah like making dua and praying and just talking to him or even reading quran you are going to be left miserbale .. forget about him than he will forget about u dont forget that shaytan made a promise to misguide the muslims and drag into the fire with him and music is a way of dragging u down and sometimes u cant always go off by what imams or scholars say because they dont make the rules allah do and he said music is haram just think bout the last day of judgement when allah will inform u of what u used to do on this earth and listening or making music will be something that he will ask u about ... may allah remove music from your heart and put quran into it completely ameen . Quran and music cant cant be together in one heart u have to choose that u either want good or evil and not im not trynna hate im just stating a fact and trynna help a brother out

    Bro I think you should change your channel to an all def music type channel where you have other people sharing ‘islamic’ music and other types of videos like this. Maybe if it was called something that goes with the Baraka theme but it could help further the brand and be a platform for creative Muslims to express themselves. May Allah purify all our intentions 🤲🏼

    I don't understand, you study and learn that using musical instrument to spread good/Islam is halal?

  • @relaxedtravelerno770
    @relaxedtravelerno770 5 лет назад +1

    He is right about the fact that his songs without music sound as good or sometimes even better then songs with musical instruments. So it would be kind of a cheatcode of making something halal, since it sounds exactly as music. For the people telling him his non instrumentals were better because it is halal, sounds like hypocrisy to me. I mean either say;music is haram all together and only listen to the quran or don't. And on top of that, stop bashing him about making this content. Cause I can tell you he will reach a lot more of the younger generation to learn about islam. Like it or not, this entire generation is listening to music and listening to a mixture of something haram and halal will make people at least look back at Islam and read more about it. So in the end, he brings more people (back) to islam then the "Haram-police" ever will.

  • @aa-jm6vm
    @aa-jm6vm 5 лет назад +2

    But then you are going against what is said in Islam, as it does say about musical instruments, and yes I get what you say that vocals can sound the same but at the end of the day that’s just the way it is. You keep saying about logic, not everything is about logic in Islam, you just have to accept some things.
    You can bring logic into many aspects of Islam to justify not do or do something. But then where does it end? You’re just creating your own Islam basically.
    For example, prayer is more important than fast, but when woman are on their period they have to make up fasts not prayer. LOGICALLY you would think prayers need to be made up and not fasts. And there are many many more of these. There is wisdom in all that is said by Allah and sometimes rather than trying to find a reasoning for it you should just accept it InshAllah

    I don't really know if it's the swag and being a Muslim, Muslim melieneals are having a crisis with. I think it's more the identity thing. Firstly majority Muslims are not even of this country if where born in the west that of in itself is a crisis and then Islam but for me I think there's definitely a uniqueness in that 💯. Being real is definitely good bro I hope you keep it real and insha'Allah it's all about intentions my G. I think many people may not be as strong as you are and deep as you are so I would say sometimes it's good there's one and not many if u know what I mean. Hope god keeps u there. Ameen. Don't agree with the music thing but there's still love there and the beauty of Islam is we can have differences of opinion but we brothers and sisters and that's what brothers and sisters do🙌🤙.

    If you use musical instruments ok thats your sin and if people listen to you they are sinning also, but why claim this dude that musical instruments are permissible by the religion. Thats extreeeeeemly dangerous because Allah chose whats halal and whats haram and if anybody say to something what Allah has forbidden thats halal thats kufr (disbelieve). Someone who drinks alcohole is a sinner so long he is not claim that it is permissible in the religion.
