How do you open the door to get out of the tunnel? I played for 4 hours and I could not open it

There's an old-fashioned cellphone. Find it, synthesize a battery to fully charge it, and then you can use it to open the door and escape through the tunnel.

@@CitizensArrowStudio I went out the door, but when I arrived at the robot, I entered a portal that took me to a hospital. A terrifying woman appeared there and the game got stuck in the dark.
