After living on PEI, and in NS, the one facet that most homes had in common was that the houses are designed to minimize direct exposure to the sun, or any seaside view. It was the strangest thing in the world to view house, after house, and despite the homes being on the sea, the main windows would face the road.
So, all those windows everywhere, and only a small sliding door in the actual living room in which to enjoy the view…that has a log burner in front of it…

Actually, there’s two other doors on the walkout lower basement and two more on each of the primary suites! The new owners are very happy with it!
Only 1 sink in the master?? There’s enough room on the counter for another. Seems like a waste of space.
