Well the commentary is interesting and useful, but the actual list is so all over the place and inconsistent it is effectively meaningless... Maybe some named tiers like for example "too easily countered", "good generalist", "infinite skillcap", "changing the game" could provide some much needed structure. Alternatively, in not changing the approach too much, a graded format including partial grades for survivability, macro, teamfight impact and stuff like that might be a more fitting structure for this imo

Lunara is so bad in SL. I get that the wisp is good in competitive but beyond that I feel like the jury is in. Even in masters her win rate is garbage and Q build leap is the lowest win rate of her main build paths. It's hard to think of a worse DPS paradigm than "slow burst damage". The cleanse and countering Uther with spread poison are really the only reasons to pick her anymore.
I think they mostly prioritized survivability, macro ability, and total amount of damage potential in addition to the roles they can bring because playing the map is so important and counterpicking is so prevalent, meaning well-rounded heroes that don't have hard counters are that much more important. Lunara has a ton of role compression with cleanse and wisp, a ton of total damage, very good mobility/survivablility, and she's had to shut down with any one pick so I think that's why she made S. I agree with you purely from a personal standpoint tho I main ranged assassins and I don't touch lunara
