I paired Robin with Ruan Mei for the funsies. Ruan Mei increased Robin's damage so it looked my Herta had an op build whenever she attacked. xD My Herta has pretty mediocre build though.
You already have your answer. Jokes aside Clara is pretty good as pseudo-sustain(thanks to her being Destruction and also Ult+field skill)+dps especially if you have Luocha to keep her up after she takes damage. She get's a lot of counter FUA's to further feed your Robin SP, can be built more towards defensive stats due to her main benefit being FUA's themselves (so she can "kind of" be an SP battery) (and please, don't build her Speed boots it makes my heart bleed every time I see it). So the team would be: mDPS (hypercarry?), Luocha(Lynx? Sorry, didn't built her so can't say for sure, but she can help manipulate Enmity towards Clara), Buffer(Robin), Clara. Cons of the comp: you are reliant on 2 things - Luocha keeping up his field and enemy doing Blast attacks or normal attack that doesn't hit Clara so she can't FUA without ult. Another problem is that Luocha has harder time dealing with debuffs. At least this let's me get to F10-11 as a second team most of the time with 3*. Do note that I am not in any way a good player so you can take my words with a bit of doubt, but I hope it can help you. For Gear I got her 4p Physical set+Salsoto (CR/ATK/PhD/ATK) and signature ("luck?")/Herta's shop (if it's free)/A Secret Vow (not sure if others are good on her cuz she is more of pseudo-Preservation in my teams instead of being DPS). What would you recommend if you don't have Aventurine in the "RRAT" team? To replace him, I mean. Since I lost my 50/50 chance to clara lol

If you can survive Clara can work, but she's not reliable at all.

Aventurine is prob the best with her but from your choices, would choose hoahoa for she gives alot of energy for robin.
