Yes, I used allulose. Erythritol base sweeteners will always crystallize that’s why even in my custard/flan recipes I always recommend using allulose. You can always pop the caramel sauce it in the microwave but as soon as it cools down it will crystallize again.

I was wondering if there are sugar free caramel extract because I was not able to find any.Did you just use regular caramel extract?
I used Watkins caramel extract. You can also use club house imitation caramel extract, it’s also sugar free.
