    I've got a Wild LTD on order for January 2024. Long wait and it'll be winter here in Canada, so will have to wait to ride it until spring, but really stoked to get riding on it! I agree it would be nice to see more customization options such as the Magura MT7 brakes and the SRAM GX AXS T-Type transmission.

      Flow trails are always over the limiter and easier to ride on a pedal bike! On fire roads gravel biked go much faster. So Derestricted to 25mph is the perfect speed.

    The Wild looks like a great bike , I do like the design (looks slick) here in NZ its still difficult to get some brands, I'm looking to get a Giant Reign E+2(when available) The Orbea wild(not available yate also) with very close spec (H10) to the Giant is $14,500nzd, the Reign is $9700nzd. I would prefer the Bosch system on the wild but not worth paying almost $5k more for it. bikes have similar geo specs
    Pricing getting a little crazy

    Thanks for the great review Sam! Just a couple of questions: do you think it would be advantageous to spec the 160 fork instead of the 170 (to lower the front end - and it's also 'e-bike optimized')? How was the dropper? - do you think it's worth the optional upgrade to the Fox? And what length did you have, 200mm?

    • @SamsBikes
      @SamsBikes  Год назад

      Hey Andy thanks mate, I personally would go 170 because I’m more enduro if you want it a little more trail orientated go 160 but you really won’t notice that much of a difference. I felt the dropper was nice I don’t think I would upgrade to the fox and for length of the dropper I’m not sure at a guess it was 175 and it was perfect for me the seat was not in the way at all. I hope that helps.

    Hi Sam! Interesting review. I ordered my 2023 M-LTD at the end of November last year and if all goes well, I'll take delivery of it in a couple of weeks. (Scheduled for delivery at my LBS on the 9th of May here in Belgium)
    My question is, have they told you anything about the availability of the Bosch CX race motor? Because my bike will be fitted ex-works with the regular CX motor, which they will swap out for the race motor by the end of the year, since this motor won't be deliverable before the end of this year. Do you have a source that can back this information up?

      @@SamsBikes Thanks! As far as I've read and been told the race motor is only available on brands that have a E-WSE team. 2500 units are being issued for every bike brand. It just seems odd that Bosch passed this information on quite some time ago, and still isn't able to produce these motors. Thanks for reaching out to your contact to have this verified! 😁

    After about 3 years the last Keurig stopped working ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf initially was able to unblock, however eventually we couldn't fix. That one was a replacement unit sent by the manufacturer after we had problems with our very first Keurig. This works fine (lol, at least for now) however I didn't realize the water reservoir was so much smaller than our prior unit. With 2 people having one or two cups of coffee each morning, it seems like I'm refilling it daily. Otherwise just happy to have the convenience of pod coffee vs. making a morning pot.

    Orbea advertises that they went for a non removable battery to improve stiffness. I don't buy that. If they would have flipped the motor like other manufactures do (Specialized, Canyon), they would have kept the stiffness and allow also the battery to be removed. Maybe it's worth asking them this question Sam.
    Also the alloy models which most regular people would have gone for, weigh 25kg and above.

      yeah i'll believe the numerous articles i've read to the contrary. new studies have shown damage to LI batteries when exposed to sub freezing temps.
      the instructions that come with my bike sat to store the battery form 32 Degrees F, to 80 d Fahrenheit so since my garage sometimes. dips below freezing , i choose to follow the manufacture rather than some smart ass on youtube .

      @Sirios Star so sirios..... ha. Nice resorting to name calling. Batteries store better down to certain temps for sure. If your below freezing I wouldn't recommend it. Please concentrate on bike the average person can buy 9000 euros is like 12k or 15k U.S.? that's half the cost with tax credits of a Tesla, or we could buy a E motorcycle....if we were rich...stick with the best budget bikes.... that can do this or that...

      This model is $9,600 in the U.S. The lower end models are around $7k. It makes sense in my mind for testers to test the higher models to me. The main difference between bikes is the frame geo, suspension kinematics, and balance. Experienced riders will usually understand how the lower specs will effect the bike. Newer riders with less knowledge and experience probably wouldn't feel the difference as much to see that the higher prices of the higher spec would be worth it or not.
