My assumption is that he is looking for where the breakdown is for each lifter. Then he will let them know what muscle groups they are weak on and need to strengthen.
Daniel Guevara Bit of a late reply but i’m guessing he’s looking for the sticking point in when they get tired, and after 42 years of training he just sorta knows what to look for.
I replied to another comment that was pretty much asking the same thing: My assumption is that he is looking for where the breakdown is for each lifter. Then he will let them know what muscle groups they are weak on and need to strengthen.
Thank you very much for sharing so much valuable content and great stuff! PLEASE MAKE MORE HOME WORKOUT VIDEOS! Videos about how to layout a training program with bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight. Everything regarding frequency, sets, reps. Thank you very much and stay healthy
***I am not a doctor, I am a personal trainer** so take this with a grain of salt please. You may be bringing the bar alittle too low on your chest (below the nipple) OR too high (above the nipple). Also, the stronger/more stable your back is, the more stress it takes off your shoulders at the top and bottom of the lift. You may also try using a board press or pin press in a rack, to reduce the ROM in the shoulder joint. Say a 2-3 board press. Hope you understand my paragraph! Best of gains to you my dude
Need more of an explanation of what Dave is seeing or looking for.
Delts. Anterior delts

@@stephenanderson7925 Yes Stephen, but do you know why he said anterior delts? or why he said upper back for bald guy not Tris?

Love them vids, it'd be cool if for each weakness there would be an explanation of why , I can't seem to grasp them all
I love how Dave is holding a big ass clock to time
Louie did the same thing in an old Crossfit video on dynamic bench
Flavor Flav part 2:Davor Dav
Can Dave explain why it's the said muscle group?

Dave’s looking for where they break down. Just watch parts 1 and 2. He made adjustments to them. Now they’re being applied.
How does Dave see this.. I just see tris. Lol Dave is a genius. And that lady is made of steel. 🌹
Look at where the lift is weak
What is it that Dave is seeing to let him know which muscle is crapping out?
Technique breakdown, i think
Wish I had a gym like this! I would take advantage of the equipment and handles and bars and attachments I would love it and utilize it!
How do you know if it's someone's lats or upper back?
By their bench weakness
