@Irmantas Aksionovas No. I have not received any scooter, neither I have been issued a refund. They have replied to my email after several weeks waiting, and still haven't received anything. PLEASE AVOID buying this scooter.

G3 is only single motor, if you're going to spend that much I would recommend saving another 300ish and getting a dual motor scooter

Great review!! Looks like a hood scooter really wish the ff lite had a lock for the handle bars like that it’s a pain in the ass to lug around looks pretty speedy to for a 2400w!!! Liking that center dash to love to see the safe riding aswell!!

What about parts or what about if I get a flat? Where do I go to get a repaired? There's no electric scooter stores in my city. And I live in a large city. I live in Austin, Texas, and there's nobody in this city that repairs those type of bikes. I'm asking because my bike is supposed to arrive tomorrow

ive got one of these
couple of things id suggest.
1. Go into the parameter setting and turn down the acceleration (its set to 5 by default set it to either 0 or 1) its way too high and will hurt you or youll end up dropping the scooter pulling away - it is that vicious taking off.
2. It is heavy so think about there you are going to keep it, downstairs.
3. Youll want a second charger, one charger is simply too slow, its more then 12 hours.
4. The brake disks are flimsy and warp easily, so bear this in mind when slamming the brakes on, especially if your heavy.
5. The build quality isnt fantastic and it is a bit flimsy, so bear this is mind

my main issue was the controller
there is no support at all be warned, if it goes wrong your on your own buddy. Initially i emailed them and was asked for a "video of the issue", which i found bizaare.
Basically it wouldnt power up at all and wouldnt charge. so i took footage of that and sent it, they then said they were on a chinese new year holiday for two weeks, so i waited, at the end of their "break" i emailed again.
They simply totally ignore me now, no reply, no response and i ended up stripping the scooter down myself and diagnosing the control unit had blown.
Now they will supply me with a new control unit when i order it off thier website which ive had to buy out of my own pocket at a cost of £130 and fit myself.
But my scooter was only ten months old and had covered just 55 miles, all dry, i put it away in my garage after using it and it was fine, i suspect it has blown whilst on charge.
Now these things happen, but the only way to get it fixied is if it was fixed - by me.
Because the "support" from Kugoo, even the .UK website just isnt there, its non existent and whislt you can buy spares and have them delivered within a couple of weeks there is no support at all, they basically ignore you until you give up.
Id never ever buy another Kugoo product, id rather walk out of principle.
The scooter itself is priced reaosnably and wehn it works it works well, but the whole Kugoo experience has left a sour tase in my mouth and im not wonderign when itll blow the control unit again.

I have the scooter, and it's great. I've got about 500km on it. But there are better scooters out there if you are willing to pay more. But it's a great option for a budget scooter.

Definitely the G3 pro. It has dual motor 2*1200 W the Ninebot only has 1*350 W. G3 pro max speed 65kmh or even more, the Ninebot 25 kmh, G3 pro has way better suspension and removable battery….etc

Please everyone 🙏 DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE. The company are a shambles, we've had one for a year now and are on the 3rd motherboard , also took 3 months to send out a new accelerator shifter. If you want to throw away 1000 pounds go for it.

@@captainoxo it was about July last year, so that means less than a year. Which then makes it even worse. Trust me mate. The motherboard/controller is an issue and trying to get anything sorted with this company is a nightmare. Buy at your peril

They will be changing the law soon, they have company’s which u can hire the scooters daily. I ride mine to and from work and haven’t been stopped once, just depends where u live.
