    More often than not, a manager's personality follows them from the pitch to the dugout. The cerebral Pep Guardiola; the all-action Mauricio Pochettino; and the wild, energetic, relentless Antonio Conte. The Italian has won the Premier League in his first season at Chelsea but, as both a manager and a player, he hasn't always been such an instant success. This video charts Conte's history, and how he came to be a Premier League-winning manager.

    Do a video of Ronaldo's progress from a showboating winger at Manchester United to a goal scoring winger at Real Madrid and now a striker and how different players and managers have influenced his style of play. Also how he's managed to adapt to the change of his most crucial suppliers(Ozil,Di Maria, Marcello).

  • @rstinger94
    @rstinger94 7 лет назад

    Not always we see the tactics of the manager work but when they work like this, it's absolutely magical.. As a Chelsea fan I was unsure after losing to Arsenal, knowing that we finish 10th the previous season and that we don't really lose to Arsenal lately (in five years actually).. But after the radical change and "the winning streak" started I was always pretty sure that we would win the title, even when Tottenham seemed as if they could steal it..

    it's sound stupid and maybe boring, but can you guys map how does a Football Club work??
    like what roles there are in a club, from manager to owner, and directors and board and stuff. what is the function of every role.
    but do the "general" way. then maybe make a series out of the video. like Athletic Bilbao or Etihad's City Football Club work specially with the roles and jobs.
    i heard AS Roma director of something got a lot mentioned this season and i don't know why. so at the end of this season i really want this to be a video, because i don't know

    great manager, one of the key reasons on the pitch that set Juventus in the direction they have gone. But it's interesting to see Allegri achieve more in Europe than Conte, with an arguably 'weaker' Juventus side. Domestically matching but 2 finals under his management. So big season for Conte to show his European skills.

    • @gianmarcogiacomini7725
      @gianmarcogiacomini7725 7 лет назад +2

      Agree but don't think this Juve side is weaker,it grew slowly from Conte's first year to what it's today , nowadays it has much more depth

    • @MrGts92
      @MrGts92 7 лет назад

      Gian Marco Giacomini I have to disagree. The squad has more depth, but the talent they had individually were stronger, especially in attack. Allegri imo isn't working with a team that was as strong as Conte's but that doesn't mean he isn't playing talented players. It's all relative.

    • @norman4948
      @norman4948 7 лет назад

      +MrGts92 "weaker squad" Conte was working with an ageing squad that wasn't deemed good enough by the media. Allegri has added younger players and more depth with a much larger budget than what conte was given. The wingbacks (fullbacks now) are a massive improvement, dybala and higuain are better than llorente and tevez, the only area which is weaker is the midfield. Conte takes you from A to B; Allegri can build on that, but not build is own foundations, as shown with his stint at Milan

      Hodor oh please the squad may be younger but it was a stronger first team under Conte, doesn't mean it's a shit team now, far from it. Fact is Allegri has taken Juventus forward with better tactics in Europe. As to Milan as a reference point. Do me a favour, all his best players were sold and undertaker replacements brought in. No money and yet expected to challenge. Not even Conte could've done anything with that mess. Milan only now sorted themselves out.

    Why didn't you mention about the record wins he had in his first season at Chelsea and also about the 13 games winning-streak. I have to say - it always pisses me off when the writers are somewhat biased.

      Rohit Chetri Nope. He was impressive with Bari and Siena with his 4-2-4 formation. How many coaches have the balls to play such a high risk, high reward formation? Not even Bielsa nor Zeman can claim to use such a formation and have success with it.

    Conte won't be at ManUnited as long as Sir Alex Furguson is on the board of ManUnited. He will protect his old boy Solskjaaer. Solsjkaer will continue as manager until his contract expires. Solsjkaer will continue to revamp his team and remove some of the players who are not fit in his team. Sir Alex will be monitoring closely the players' performance.

    As a Chelsea fan, it was so sad to him get sacked because our whiny players couldn’t handle his criticisms.
