Great job and awesome video. One tip use Marvel mystery oil to clean your cylinders. MM oil has solvents in it that will lift embedded material from the cylinder walls better than 2 stroke oil.
We are leaving for the Idaho dunes tomorrow morning, and coming home Thursday. The weekend before memorial day is our long weekend in Canada, so we usually plan our yearly USA trip for May long and come home before the memorial day weekend rush. We will be in oregon next year at the dunes for the week before memorial day if you want to ride with us you are more than welcome
When I bought the cases they asked what cylinders I plan on running. When I told them what I had they asked if I wanted them to cnc port match the cases for free, which I did of course
If you wouldn’t mind sharing who you ordered the parts from that’d be awesome I’m looking at doing a 421 and looking for a good business to do business with.
I ordered most of the parts from Farm and Sand Toys. Avoid BP racing atv... I know they have "kits", but I've heard it can be low quality. I've also heard good things about Redline Racing (no association haha)
Hell ya. We plan on coming down to the oregon dunes around this time next year. Probably do florence, Winchester bay and maybe coos bay. Most likely ride the entire week before memorial day
For sure. Do you have Instagram? You can send us a DM when the trip is getting close and we can send you the days we plan on being there. Our IG is redline_roller
Do you know anyone running roll design A Arms ? I wonder how much better they are then the fire ball A Arms? I have elka 19.25 shocks as well but don't know if they would even fit the roll design xc Arms
No I've never seen roll design a arms in person before. If I remember when I was researching for my build the roll design a arms used a 17"-18" shock. Can't remember exactly though
@@RedlineRollers not much information on them for banchee's. I'm going to reach out to the company and find out. I see almost all the 250R builds using the roll design. Your bike is looking good 👍
@RedlineRollers. what's going on? Update! I received my fireball products front and back. Started uploading build. Next week sandblasting and then off for powdercoat. The stock jugs you have, have boost ports. Mine do as well. I might do a separate video on it. Mine had a hole going through the side of the cylinder. Lol. Just had it welded up. The person who ported the cylinders put epoxy over the hole 😢

@@RedlineRollers awesome that's what I needed to know. I have XC build I'm working on now. Tomorrow it begins ( sandblasting ), lol Also, I'm thinking about some type of bar mounts? Omursi or maybe precision shock mounts? I'm not sure. Probably will try the Omursi clamps and the thumb throttle. I already have the protaper bars.
Top end, filters, gaskets, domes, reeds, boots, other odds and ends were about $2800 usd. Could have been done cheaper using a driveline top end. Driveline cases were $1000 and lectron carbs were $1000. So all in it was a little under $5000, but could have been done for about half the price if you don't go as over the top as I did

Excellent work! Banshee sounds GREAT! Definitely nice to see a video BEGIN, MIDDLE AND END rather than be broken down into a 17 part series 🤙
Thanks man, we appreciate the kind words!
@RedlineRollers nice video, you wana sell the old case
Thanks. We are holding onto the cases for a future project
Wow sick Build y’all going to the dunes for memorial day weekend?
Because if you are I am going to Winchester Bay would love to ride with y’all and the the Bandshee in person

Nice build. Looking to do the same after my crank gave out on my 392. Did the driveline cases come port matched for the CP cylinders?

Hi I need a favor do you fix banshee

What kind of nerf bars are those?
AC pro peg. Out of production, can only buy them used these days
You built pretty much the exact same bike as me. Im wondering if you sold your stock cylinders? Im in Edmonton.
Nice, how does yours run? I still have the stock cylinders, but plan on using them on one of our other Banshees.
thats the dyno for my engine. let me know if you sell the crabs, im looking to build a smaller engine. Enjoy!
if your coming down to oregon to ride let me know ill come ride with yall

I’d be down for a trip as well!
Where are you located? We try to hit up Idaho or Oregon once a year and also try to do at least 1 big trip in Alberta every year.

Thank You
Is the GPR steering stabilizer a good investment?
Precision don't have one for the banshee. I was looking at the GPR a week ago or so.
Ya it made a huge difference, especially over tree roots and rocks. It's hard to ride the banshees that don't have them now

where in canada are you from ? im in ontairo ...what size domes did you run and what was your compression?
Nice, we're from Alberta. I put 22cc domes in it, not sure on compression never checked to be honest.
Hey can u build me one
Hell ya man. Just send enough money to build 2 motors, we want to build a motor for the red banshee now
