I feel like there’s a difference in assists and just straight up kill stealing
@@Aloso930 can you explain it? Like the only time i call someone a kill stealer is if they prevent me killing something im aiming at by ramming me or blocking my shot by driving in front of me, just so they can get the final shot in and kill it.
@@Hiroichirou a kill assist in my opinion would be something like the Maus where he shot it and drove it away, helping the team kill the maus but not taking the kill. Kill stealing would be, for say, I have a Churchill barrel and tracks broken and I’m aiming right at the side about to reload and some guy comes around the corner and kills him. With a side turret shot
@@Aloso930 hmm i couldnt consider that a kill steal since the other player has no way of knowing your current situation and is reacting after just turning a corner and seeing an enemy and a friendly with 0 intel on whats going on , i couldnt really blame him for shooting that enemy, heck weve all been the guy turning the corner and shooting at the enemy tank at one time or another in this game.

the stock round on the m103 is much more reliable than the heatfs. Would recomend bringing that instead as a primary round and a few heat rounds for dealing with heavy Russian tanks in uptiers.
I'm a US main and the M103 is my favorite tank of all time, and I still don't understand why content creators don't take AP. The AP hits like a truck and it still has a really good velocity.
I prefer the AP, but sometimes it bounces off angles that it shouldn't. I've bounced of the Panther's UFP from where you spawn at in the test drive shooting range.
YES I also really don't understand people who use the heatfs with this thing, it's pointless 😂
@@N9TheNoob Ap isn't that reliable in penning russian tanks especially at this br, i take like 7 shots but never use them, i prefere heat to hit the ammo
@@Davidee_631 the ap might not be quite as reliable in terms of pen, but heatfs is not nearly as reliable in terms of post pen damage. The amount of times I’ve shot something in the ammo and it still doesn’t die is laughable. Not to mention the massive reduction in shrapnel, I honestly prefer ap and explosive filler rounds. I even use the apcbc on the T-55’s because of the damage they do
@@thomasvanderkooy6782 but like most things you're gonna face, if it's not marders or bmps, is gonna be heavy russians or tanks with nonsense armor, and you're gonna bounce, heat fs is shit too
My ammo load for this tank:
11 ap
3 he
1 smoke shell. You should use 14 beacuse there are no ammo stored in the turret but I use 15 since I always get to fire it and never died from ammo rack there. When theres snipe map I probably will switch 10 he and 4ap

Just so everyone knows bring a few solid AP rounds because the heat isn't the greatest and that's coming from me a usa main believe me it's not great but it's better than your heatfs to not do anything some times
Here's the hint : Use APBC shells on softer targets while HEAT-FS can be used against British, German and Russian Heavy Tanks.
Love the way the m103 was built
The entire 7.7 USA tech tree lineup is super underwhelming and feels even worse when it gets uptiered.

He said something wasn't realistic so there are gonna be some people who end up leaking classified documents again
Considering how unrealistic the maps are I think more tanks should have smoke shells, especially prototypes.
My personal advice is always give expert crew to the heavies you like.
Especially if your fire rate is slow, it saves you sometimes, and unlocking ace for free is an accomplishment worthed.

I complain the other way, Gaijin has heavily nerfed the ability to get Assists. I've been robbed so much, I think they curbed the assists to 1 player only, so if someone gets a tickle on your target just before the kill shit... nothing... I punched 3 KW-2 shots into a T34, and I didn't get an assist... 😐
It's a bit strange the Marines would have a heavy tank. The Marines are supposed to be the American QRF and heavies don't really fit that role. Especially 65ish years ago.
That's why they disbanded all their tank battalions
They could get MPF tanks to replace Abrams instead.

i only do everything i can for kills when i need a special task, especially something like steppe spider where you need to up tier tanks

what do you recommend for good and heavily armed heavy tanks? im tired of using light and fast tanks that do little to no pen.
Try IS1. Good firepower. Good armour. Good reverse speed
for soft targets get the solid stock ammo its good, for solid tanks (ussr) get heatfs...
Tankenstein how do you use the saber cause I just got my hand on it but I seem to die very quickly even though I follow my team. Or if anyone knows then please tell me what’s the play style.
I would suggest sticking kinda close to your team but stalk and take down busy or distracted enemies

Boy that snake Camo is very expensive for a camo and only Gaijin sells it and its not even in any container you can get with a key. But thats the going price gaijin them self ask for. Some of the ones just only gaijin sells are quite a bit out of hand on the price.

Don't use heat on the m103 bring just solid shot somehow a 120 heat shell only gets hits in this game, solid shot basically can't not one shot
