- Cool tone makeup will always have my heart! finding the perfect lip combo for fair skin can be super hard, but ive found my top 5 cool/neutral lip liners that I love. I still haven’t t found my all time favourite lip liner yet but these are all stunning!

Hey Maxine 😊 Check out the NYX line loud lip liner range. They have some amazing 90s browns and deeper cool tones! They’ve just brought out some more shades that are all browns. They’re so good ❤
