Another great video, Alex. I was up Kinder the other week on the 88 Challenge went from Bowden Bridge, Sandy Hays, Outer Edge, Kinder Low, Edale Cross, and back down to Bowden Bridge. It is simply beautiful up there, and Kinder Downfall was Kinder Upfall, too. Thanks for sharing, and Merry Christmas Alex to you and those you love.
Thank you very much Chris. That sounds like an awesome walk!! Kinder downfall doesn’t seem to have been doing much falling these past few weeks! Have a great Christmas also 😊👍
Such a great video; your drone footage is mind blowing, always with a great choice of music. Only discovered you in the last few months and now look forward to every new video. Hope you have a lovely Christmas Alex.
Alex, what a video, absolutely fantastic! One of my favourite routes, and one I am planning to do again with a few friends in January! But we will be taking the route via Hope back to Castleton and back up the broken road. I hope we get similar conditions to you. 😀
Thank you very much Peter! The route back through Castleton is just as beautiful, a couple more pubs and cafes to pop into if the weather turns 😊 hope you manage to get some sunshine! Cheers Peter 😊👍
Only came across your channel a few weeks ago. Absolutely love your videos as I love the peak district. You're so lucky to live there. Can't wait for more content.
Another great video 🤘, love another good hike/run around Edale! Off to do the Outdoor Round starting at Hethersage next week, hopefully the weather is a kind as it was in your video.
Hi mate, loved the video, very inspirational! I’ve just got into a little bit of hiking/walking with a couple of mates and have so far done: Kinder via Jacob’s ladder, snowdon via the llanberis path and mam tor from castleton and this was something we’d discussed doing before I came across your video. Could I ask roughly how long it took? Cheers
Thank you so much 😊 awesome to hear you’ve just got into hiking. This route was quite a long day out from memory, you definitely want to give yourself a full day so you can fully enjoy it. It was roughly 4-5 hours for me but I like to walk fast when I’m solo, if I was with friends I’d definitely give myself a good 6 hours to do it 👍
Fab video. I'm also currently struggling with a back/rubbish left leg injury so it's giving me hope I'll be back out soon 😊 Where is your jacket from? Love the colour!
Hi Alex another great video

I love Mam Tor generally but holy moly did you have some nice weather here!
Got very lucky with the weather, think that was the last time I saw the sun in the Peaks!
What a wonderful video, loved the music choices and the time lapse sections.
Thank you so much! 😊

always a good trek up there or car camp at the bottom,, but getting the drone to follow you etc makes some awesome scenes :)
Can’t beat it up there on a sunny day!

Wonderful video as always sir. Thank you so much for your work.
Thank you very much! 😊
I have a treadmill that inclines and that was really good for helping with hamstrings and Achilles tendon issues I have.
I’ll have to give that a go!! Tendons always take so long to recover don’t they!
@@alexcripps.outdoors yes, I had to wear a compression sock thing for ages.
Great video, Alex, you certainly had nice weather for this walk, Happy Christmas

Sorry to hear that! Luckily the weather has been pretty awful this past few weeks. Hope you manage to get back out soon 😊
Jacket is Patagonia, my old boss gave it me and I believe he bought it in the 90’s!

Mam Nick Car park. Hope you had a good day! 👍
