2022 Tesla Model 3 ALUMINIUM door dent repair! | We remove this dent with glue pulling | PDR

2022 Tesla Model 3
We are going to repair this aluminium door without filling and painting.
Wiht this being an electric vehicle - there are a couple of obstacles to overcome to remove this crease.
Traditionally if this was to be repaired in a bodyshop, it would need to be welded and pin pulled.
Tacks are welded to the bare metal panel and pulled out.
This shouldn’t be done on an electric car without precautions, it has to be shut down to avoid any potential dangers, currents running through the vehicle while welding isn’t a good idea.
The other road bump is it’s aluminium, and the crease is right over the seam.
Again a different pin puller would have to be used, then it would be filled and painted.
Using the ‪@KECOBodyRepairProducts‬ GPR System we avoided all that unnecessary work.
Glue pulling the damage from the outside of the panel bypasses all the potential hazards of working on electric vehicles like this Tesla Model 3.

Great result, can you advise what glue gun you are using g please as I don’t think my one is reaching correct temp so need to replace it

Thanks for watching Andy. I use the TriFecta, if your glue gun isn’t getting hot enough the properties in the glue won’t mix properly, so the glue won’t go off correctly
