Thanks for the review! I just signed up recently and am excited to start working out again! Can I ask what the process was like switching coaches? And what made you switch in the first place?
I felt like the coach wasn't meeting my needs, I got bored of their style of workouts, or my goals changed & I wanted a coach that was better for those needs. You can switch coaches by tapping a button in the app or you can reach out to their customer support to find another match for you.
Dude this channel is so good you talk about all the stuff I wanna know about. Question: have you tried co-pilot it used to be delta trainer. If so what do you think?
I feel like tonal is so much better for a lower monthly price ~130 with affirm and the 50 monthly charge included. I’m curious what you would think of that device (it has a 30 day return policy) and has partner workouts (and it tracks your reps, sets and doesn’t botch one side).
That's a great question! I've been wanting to try it. But I move around so much that having something installed onto the wall is a no-no for me right now. I might try to go to their store to experience it & make a video
@@ShervinShares No, I still see the card payment info, but no question about whether I have an Apple watch. May you find out and let me know what my options are?
I’ve been personal training for over 10 years and have trained hundreds of clients in person. I just recently started using an app to train clients and it’s pretty awesome. It’s just $29 per month for now so let me know if you’re interested.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks my dude, good content.
Thank you Gabriel! What other kind of content do you want to see?
They just bumped the fee to $200 per month. Glassdoor reviews state they are letting go of coaches. What is going on? Have you heard anything?
DUDE, your content is BOMB! Also, that 'stash is AMAZING!!! Keep it up :)
Thank you!!! Big things coming this year!!

That’s super dope! I need a gym membership now 🤣
no bro! they'll write body-weight or non-gym workouts for you! whatever equipment you have or don't
@@ShervinShares Can i get jacked only doing body weight tho?
@@StephenAldaco Have you seen Chris Heria? yes.
Great Video sir🎉

I'm using it right now actually!! Plan to release a video when I'm done.
How'd you find my channel?!
I just signed up for this. I don't like that you have to do it on your phone or watch as I can't see it!
You should try the Tonal it's like a smart in home gym 👍🏿
I WANT TO! only issue is it requires you to install it into the wall and I can't afford that right now

Great Video! Quick Question - What if I have an android and a Samsung watch? Will it work for this program?
sadly at this time I think you need an apple watch
What happened to your tempo?
I returned it! I prefer to go to an actual gym & need heavier weights for my current regime
What if you just want the nutrition part of it?
Does the app support the Whoop instead of the Apple Watch?
Sadly no, it's only Apple Watch. You can still do the workout without your apple watch on, but you miss a big part of the experience
So does it work with equipment you have like Nordictrack or Peloton ?
it does not! but you can ask them to leave a 20 min spin/treadmill workout where you will do one of these instead
Thanks
Is it 130 per person or for family?
What part of the sign up does it say they offer an Apple Watch? I didn’t see it and they are asking for payment information.
Did you go through the full sign up process? They had a question if you own an Apple Watch or not near the end when you pay.
The app works best with an Apple Watch so I doubt they removed it. But could be possible

@@adomako5863 i would email their customer support!
Dislike: doesn't support Android
