Once, my life was very stressful and I really struggled to cope. Those times are long gone now.
Now, I think back to those long ago times and find I love their memories.
Everyone has grown and gone. We survived.
All but one.
And now...I wouldn't mind going back.
Just to be all together again.

Everyone has got problems in life we should take life easily, we can.not assume life to be without issues life means problems why it happened, how it happened is all just a stress and a worry but to grow facing it with courageous decisions at times would help to get
out of problems.

What really human beings want? Everything. No matter what you achieve in physical dimension, when you realize exist of border no matter how far it is, you naturally longing to crossing it. Problem is that we are not aware of this and we trying to achieve this state lack of border, freedom by going in wrong direction, the outside of self. To find freedom we need to make turn to inward. the same is with joy.
And irony is that happiness comes after suffering..
Why people say we can not be perfect? Why the hell care about perfect or not perfect...as long as You live a happy life! Bless
I needed this today, my heart was failing me but as the Buddha spoke and the winds past me, I came back to my senses. I remembred 83 problems was enough, I don't need 84 😂

This is probably the last thing I want to listen to and absorb at the end of everyday. Feels like, the Universe is speaking.

Your just getting started. Take it one day at a time, help other people, help animals..stop focusing on yourself. There are people suffering everywhere...go be of service. Volunteer locally. Helping others will give you more meaning and satisfaction then you can imagine and it will stop the noise in your head. Meditate, find a guru like sadghuru n start making the world a better place. You have a precious gift, don't waste it.
