- Part 2 coming soon. This is a repair for the heating tray in a Bevlis Warmer Proofer cabinet. This style warmer tray is in other name brands is well.
This is a quick repair to show you how I have taken two of these, figured out what was wrong, and repaired quickly -- and to show you what I did.
It’s a very quick simple repair that you or someone can do for you if this is your issue.
Hopefully this is your issue as well and you can be back up and running.

My Original Switches are: CANAL R SERIES
I ALSO KNOW the switch for an Avantco from
Webrestuarant works: 4 prong warmer cabinet switch.
*** See the description on your OWN switch to make sure you purchase appropriate switch.
OR CALL LEGACY and have them send you a new one. They sent mine for free.
Video for Bevlis and possibly may work for the Avantco cabinet
Hello I have the same problem and need to replace the heater proofer switch do you know which on nor is it the same as the on off switch they l9ok different on Amazon the 5 pack they have different set up and I just want to make sure I am getting the right one if you have advise I would really appreciate it!!

Do you use your warmer to heat up your meat from refrigerator temp?
I do not. Only food already up to safe temp

I have replaced that power on/off switch three times on my Winholt Heater Proofer, model NHP-PD-ECO. I wondered if you had success after you replaced yours or if those switch terminals melted again.
One unit I replaced it has held a long time. Another unit, it keeps chewing the switches. Haven’t determined why, but still searching. The switch is overheating, so there is some resistance causing it. So for now, I just have become quite efficient in changing the switches fast. My next change out will be a new thermostat and change the insulated wire. I definitely will be doing a new post when solve it, but for now, all I k know to do is to replace the switches.

How can you tell if it’s the thermometer I can get mine to cut on but it I begin to turn the heat up it shuts off
