I replayed the hell out of this a few years back. Darren Dunstan’s an extremely underrated singer/musician and I’m surprised he didn’t get more work that demonstrates it. He’s got some piano & vocal tracks recorded on his website if anyone wants to hear more from him. I highly recommend it! This song slaps either way though; I love a lot of the instrumental elements!

While both of them did provide voice work for characters in the Pokemon anime, the only voice actors I can find listed for those Giovanni's and James' anime counterparts are Ted Lewis (for Giovanni and James) and Eric Stewart and Jimmi Zoppi (for James).

The other leaders of the criminal organizations in other regions could all team up with their grunts, legendries, and trumped up theories about life and Giovanni would still pwn them all in record time. Their is a reason why TR is the largest, most successful criminal organization in Pokémon and is the only one to date to survive Ash and his group.

Team Rocket is the only able crime organization in the pokemon world, every other hasn't lasted very long or has been able to reach its influence past their own region. Whether or not the anime will change that in the years to come, Team Rocket will still be the best in my mind.
