Cannot do the washing twice a week. I live in the countryside, in northern Spain, and have to care for the vegetable garden, the house, my pets and a colony of stray cats. Plus I like to read and do odd jobs around the house, and there isn’t time for much else. But I do my best to live intentionally, like this very moment, where I’m sitting outside looking at the mountains.

Living intentionally has been such a game changer. You are not just going through the motions but slowing down and living in the moment. Always smelling the breeze, listening to the birds chirp or even noticing how the sky is painted by the clouds while walking to your car helps center you. You can see this life is here to enjoy in stead of just rushing through it.
