Considering you need at least one celestial/dragon on board to use it, and still cost you all your mana, i think its fair. Deny still a thing too

@@webbowser8834 i dont think its weak either, best case scenario you can use it with only 5 mana,and theres only few ways you can counter it, like deny and barrier. And that only if you run ionia or demacia.
WebBowser it’s more just to show off the fancy effects than showcase it’s power... at the end of the day it’s a more powerful version of the ruination, so it’s gonna have it’s uses.
@@romusa10 We'll have to see how difficult it is to flood your board with celestials, but I'm guessing it's going to be somewhere between "hard" and "not possible unless you're already about to win and just want to rub it in your opponent's face".
That being said, I've seen Ashe-Sej decks do harsh winds into reckoning for a 1 sided board wipe, so I could see decks being able to cast this thing for 11 mana pretty consistently. Even at 13 mana you have a dude and they don't, and that's often enough.

Yeah, i got two main decks, one aggro with shadow isles demacia, and one bildgewater shadow isles with sea monsters.
I really love sea monster and playing them but it's not meta at all. And this looks EVEN MORE endgame.

@@xyos7647 uhhh, deep has been high tier 2 low tier 1 for awhile now. Deep is very much so meta.
Dawnspeakers aggro less so (at least, I assume you're playing dawnspeakers in SI + Demacia, because that's why you put those two things together).

It amazes me how much they express through a card game. I FEAR Aurelion Sol now. In league is like "yup, space corgi goes brrrr" but here? This is overwhelming to look at. It'll feel powerful in your hand, terrifying in the opponent's deck.

@@august2977 Yeah his basically gonna be a Karma Ezreal type of Deck, that when they or you reach Round 10 the game is pretty much over. And when Aurelion Sol Levels Up the opponents chances of Winning would probably be below 20 to 10% even lower if the user of Aurelion Sol is A Good Player.

Mageta the lion he does have spell shield so you would have to blow atleast 2 spells to get rid of him, but then again there are other cards in Targon that can grant spell shield so it’ll be kind of hard to deal with him
@@Lab012Valkapon To play him you need 10 mana. You now have 3 spell mana.
Your opponent have 13 mana to use. Even deny cost 4 mana. And your opponent don't even have to target Aurelion. You need 20 + power on board to lvl him up. He is weak because of his cost and becuase it's Round Start effect insted of Round End giving your enemy even more counterplay to him.
Estrela Platina there are spells and celestial that can reduce his cost, plus people are theory crafting ASol + Thresh so that’s another way to go around all the removal

He costs 10mana and has no cost reduction built into him. With the current pool thats revealed so far he is hard unplayable.
Demacia probably gets some dragon cost reduction to make him work but force the combination.

Well, in fact maokai obliterate him (litteraly). The maokai nautilus got his power spike something like round 8 (depending of the version and the card you play).
If Maokai doesn't level up soon, there might be a counter play

Well, i watched the video again, so aurelion create card in the hand of the player (not in his deck) so maokai is still a big threat for him.
But with card like the sky ascent it litteraly kill every sea monster, even nautilus. 😅

The first thing that I got in mind from this is Aurelion and trundle ramp deck
I was thinking more SI Thresh, since it has more control options are people are for sure gonna be running Encroaching Elusives and some hyper aggro to counter invoke.
Thats also viable actually. Why fear your units will die when you can create new units from invoke that "does not die to encroaching shadows." SIR YOU ARE A GENIUS!!!!!!!

He's Yogg Saron of Runeterra with those amount of RNG celestial cards
@@RickyMuzakki nah, I dunno how many cards are in A-Sol's pool, but there's no way it's as much of a single turn rng clown fiesta as Yogg is.
If anything, he's more like Nefarian. He's big, but not absurdly so (Naut is bigger), he generates cards pretty consistently, and he'll end the game if not dealt with through sheer value.

@@webbowser8834 there's 20 celestial cards. Actually with that 10 mana spell fill your hand with celestial card and refill your mana (with leveled Asol, so all celestials cost 0) it's similar to Yogg. I played him yesterday

Can we just appreciate how well loR incorporates these massive champions? Seeing Aurelion, I feel like he's awesome! He is the creator of the universe and creates value, but he's also a savage dragon that roams through soace and wrecks anyone who stands in his path, gotta love how well these are done, I felt the same way about Nautilus. LoR does them way more Justice than League

I feel like Diana is very similar to Nocturne. as in, they both have similar stats, Nightfall and do a similar thing with it. But yeah ASol is gonna be amazing, I love how he just stares down on Taragon in his upgraded splash.

I think about now an Aurelion Sol Trundle Deck with Behold and ramp cards in Freljord. This is nuts.
