Steel beam thrown from overpass goes through windshield of car on I-5 in Lynnwood

The Washington State Patrol is seeking information regarding a metal beam that was thrown from an overpass onto I-5 in Lynnwood Tuesday morning, striking a driver's vehicle.
The WSP said the steel beam was thrown from the 164th St. SW overpass onto northbound I-5 just before 7 a.m.
According to the WSP, an unknown man was seen on the overpass throwing debris onto I-5. A black Acura SUV was traveling northbound on I-5 when it was struck by a large steel beam roughly 51 inches long.
Gregory Sanon, who was driving the SUV, said he was driving to work when the beam suddenly came crashing through his windshield, coming to a rest in the front passenger seat and just narrowly missing him.

The taxes that are used for those shuttered buildings is still being collected. Last year $19million was embezzled and used for what they call drug diversion and another $15million was embezzled for prevention. One of the state's hospitals was given to DESC, the company that plays middle man between the tax payers and third party homeless management companies. They actually harvest funds from several newly formed divisions of the mental treatment funds for many creative uses as they may or may not apply to mental health. DESC's own website honestly shows the different funds from which they drawn money. Many of which have nothing to with mental health. Seattle know what the problem is they just don't care.

What do either of those dog whistles have to do with this situation? How do you know this was a drug addict or an immigrant? Almost exactly one year ago a woman was killed barely two miles from my house by a bunch of stupid, _sober_ white punks who threw a rock through her windshield.
