That needle bearing, how you took out? I used hammer, and to put it back i used plastic hammer. Could not take out roller bearing at all due to not having nose pliers

Our dealer told us last year that it's manufacturing defect and all Honda Dio sounds like that after a month or two. Now it's been more than a year old.

Suggestion need to clean all parts with petrol before assembling it back... Here I am little unhappy. The entire clutch house was very dirty with black grease and black powder kind of dust in it....!

Good but finally checking for noise manually back ground music is not necessary. By hearing the noise by rotating manually that the problem is solved
