@@TeddyBaldassarre technically Buffet bought his 18k Rolex between $10-12k in 1980. You're absolutely right by suggested not a good return of investment, but for us a 30-50% gain is solid. He doesn't even lose money on his watches.

Your videos are always great and one of my favorite things is that they are succinct. You don't ramble on and on, making the video twice as long as it needs to be.

When I tire or am giving no wrist time to a piece, instead of flipping and replacing it, add a new strap instead! I have found that a new cool band can make it feel like a new watch! You’ll perhaps save lots of cash too 💰

Bill Gates values utility over brand. The Duro keeps better time than any automatic watch and is 200m water resistant!
Lesson: It is not always about the price but what is practical and useful is more meaningful.

I need to restudy your vid on complications and how to use them. Even on .75 speed I couldn't get some of it and especially the moon dial function and how works. Is the sky dark for half of the month? I don't know. The complication just rotates or does it oscillate? Thanks in advance and of course I'd love to see a ton of stuff on wrist and pocket watches from all eras and vintages and more how the little gears and parts are made in the first place.

Bill Gates, man... what's the point of having all that money, if you aren't going to enjoy it a little? A Casio? I'm not saying wear a $1 million watch, but I think I'd wear an F.P. Journe or a RGM Caliber 20, if I had his kind of dough. I think I read that the car he drives most is a 10 year old Lexus.

The picture for 15400st is wrong. The one you are using is for the white gold frost gold model, not stainless steel.
The GP is actually incorrect when you mentioned it. He is wearing the 49805-52-151. It contains the Chronograph movement inside with a worldtime complication. Just so you know. :D

Why do you state that the Linkedin CEO wears an AP 15400ST Royal Oak in stainless steel, but you show a frosted white gold version?
Curiously, the watch worned by Mr Buffet (and I believe it was president Johnson) is the same Rolex Model worned by the late James Gandolfini as Tony Soprano in the TV serie. I do not know if it is his own but what I do know is that all Soprano caracters had real pieces on their wrist and not fake studio casing.

Nope it makes sense for not just tech ceo but pretty much any ceo or rich person almost never wear a smartwatch , a smartwatch isn’t seen as luxury but a commodity, they rather spend their money on a nice luxury watch that lasts and makes a statement as compared to an Apple Watch that is worn by everyone
