My elite one had great quality. I’m not sure what you did to yours. Mine still works great. The rubber grips started coming loose. That’s my only complaint.
Had to take the first one back cause rt was making noises. 2nd one has a little issue with A that sometimes dont reacts when not pressed well. Not worth the 180 Qc sucks and i bet more issues will apear.

Right Triggers, normally for everyone, becomes squeaky cuz it’s the button that you use the most in car games and shooting games. And it’s pressed down hardly as well, especially in shooting games and in car games when u just want to flat out launch your car. 🔫
Yes most of the issues were hardware like the bumpers breaking and weak glue stick drift is always a problem anyway becof it's basically a bunch of sensors in a box soldered to a board but the new design of it with being able to change stick tension might make things better but never will be 100% more like 90% better than before as far as the rubber thye talked about it and the bumper

My Logitech G13 has an Analog thumb stick with a click down function exactly like a controller. It has 800+ hours of battlefield 3. 600 hours of battlefield 4. Countless hours of Fortnite, 800+ hours of Rome 2:Total war. 150 hours of SQUAD. the Click down function crunches a little bit but still works and it has Zero stick drift.
I'm so disappointed that the Elite 2 is not compatible with iOS and iPadOS. I thought this would make a perfect reason to try Apple Arcade, but I’m forced to use my MacBook Pro. I hope this is resolved soon.

It's not worth the price when the Xbox 360 controller was better and a lot less noisy when tapping the buttons. It's a good controller but a total rip off for the price. Being able to swap the d pad around is a novelty that you won't bother with once you've found your preference. Overhyped to be honest.

What do you think about the rubber hand grips? I have 2 elite 1 controllers that the rubber hand grips start to bubble and peel off after a month or so.
Have owned two Xbox one controllers and 1 Xbox Elite controller all of them quickly developed severe stick drift on the Left analog. Even with the Elite controller where I mapped Left stick Click to the paddle so I would never press down on the thumb stick. 3d Analog potentiometer will wear out and you'll have uncontrollable stick drift before the gloss wears off this controller. It will be a very pretty paper weight in less than 1 year. GG Microsoft, you win again. PS4 is probably no better either since no matter how pretty the outside of any of these controllers, nor it's features, they are all built with the same cheap junk inside.
Elite controllers are a great design but the cheap parts and build quality is just about the worst I have ever experienced, it's shocking how the can charge so much for something that will fall apart within months of purchase.
Both sticks didn't improve my aim but it became worst . when I use it on pc the driver show the signal from left stick keep moving on all direction something . I return it back , the normal xbox controller is better . don't waste you money .

How come nobody Haas said how to turn off flippers why X button don't light up. I call it option or profile 4 that turns off your flippers all lights out except the main X button .original way does not do SAME to turn them off if you wanted TO.
Even though that was like year ago what I meant was turning flippers off isn't same way everybody wanted be first make a video that wasn't complete figured it out that day it was a question thanks for replying nine months later though

Microsoft addressed the accelerator issue with the trigger, even with the Trigger lock on the third option it will register as a normal trigger

You can turn the flippers off in settings or just take them off and there is an option of brightness for the x button
