Hi Vickie ~ it only me - I haven’t commented in such a long while so I thought I’d just pop in and say hello - as you know I live in a rehabilitation centre as I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and lupus. I’m now either bedbound or wheelchair bound as the warm weather is here my multiple sclerosis has decided to flare up ~ ,but you know I really love your channel and the content is great and the meals look so delicious and tasty - sending loads of love and hugs to you and your family ~ Xxx Xxx

I've been copying quite a lot of your recipes, sometimes changing them to suit what I/We like. I did the Chicken/Brocolli pasta recipe. I'm not keen on lemon in some recipes, but I did put a full tub of lightest fat philadelphia, just used one veg stock cube what I had in. It was delicious. My husbands taking a tub for himself and my son who work together, my son moved out years ago but is recently trying to lose weight. This is a filling, low cal recipe I've just adjusted slightly. Keep them coming ;) xXx
