Dont make this mistake when shopping for Nigerian style potato in Canada

That one is not a potato, it is a potopoto 😶.
I made the mistake 15 years ago and it messed me up so much that I have NEVERRRRR made it again 😊.
Look for Japanese sweet potato or Jamaican sweet potato. Skin is often purple as shown but you can also find cream colored skin variety at the Asian market. Now there is a purple skin, purple flesh variety - also not the one.
