its an "ROG Q-DIMM.2 card 2 x PCIe 4.0 M.2" its an extra card that allows you to put 2 additional PCIe 4.0 M.2 ssd cards. I think its an ASUS only thing for their higher end MB's. google what i put in the quotes for more info
