    Turning off your chat history doesn't matter because your keystrokes are logged. Rather you submit the prompt or not.

    You need to add chapters to the video so you can jump the specific prompt.

      Are you aware that you can slow the speed down - go to the top right of the video, press the setting button, and select playback speed. Hope this helps.
