Great video!! I just wanted to add too that I ordered a Black Bear hat on this past Thursday and it was delivered on Friday 🤯! Amazing shipping times!!
Just stick to what works until you really need it for your business. You don’t want a high tech income producing machine just sitting. On the other hand if you got this your pe800 would be dusty in a corner, just like mine,
Hi! I also own the MT1501, with the rectangle surface area for the cap setting on the screen, is your rectangular area on a default size setting or were you able to make adjustments to make the rectangle area larger to embroider larger designs?
I adjusted mine. I’ll make a video showing how I did it. I’ll make sure I put it in the next video. Monday or Tuesday we are doing how I hoop structured and none structured hats. I’ll throw it in that one for you. 👍🏾
What is the maximum speed this machine will go up to when doing hats? Also, when doing regular embroidery (not hats) does the machine slow down on its own or does it maintain a constant speed while embroidering? Good video.
When embroidering in general whether it be caps or flats you can adjust the speed on the fly while it is embroidering up to 1000spm. The machine automatically slows down and speeds back up on its own when it’s doing longer statin stitches or making round shapes etc to assist and make sure you digitized file embroiders out clean. When doing hats in my experience because of the thickness of the material and the variables such as hooping technique, how good your digitized file is and even how stable the the floor is that your machine is sitting on could all effect how clean you image embroiders out. Because of that i typically don’t go over 800spm when embroidering hats. Also if your hat is structured or none structured could play a huge part. Their are all sorts of variables that could effect your outcome. If you are new, learn to hoop good, make sure your digitizer is giving you a good product and ensure you are stabilizing properly if you hat is not structured, Hope that helps.
Thank you very much for that information. Keep the videos coming on your embroidery machine and your projects you do on it. Wishing you the best in your business endeavors. Take care. 😎 👍👍👍👍👍
Ok. I nuts googled it. Embroidery fonts. Hmm. Idk. You can import them in from other programs? Do they load into your embroidery font library or do they import individual like separate embroidery files?
The colors on the second one look much better. The colors are better and the third one is great 👍
Thank you. I’m still going to play with it a little more. I want it to blend better. The white background is to drastic I think. I will figure it out.
See you at DecoSummit. Can’t wait to learn more.

What are bx fonts? You can use the fonts on your computer if you check the box that says TT.
