Thank you Juby, girl just hang in there. My husband died in 2016, and we own our house and we were doing some serious reno's. So all of that, including my life came to a grinding halt, and I literally lived in the unfinished reno, the over packed basement with all of the supplies. The unpainted walls, and just deterioration because I could no longer work on my house. So I became like a ghost, living in my bedroom, and just trying to ignore the mess. But secretly wondering how I was gonna finish. But the Universe has my best interest. A year into this chaos, some dear friends literally volunteered themselves and their contractor, and completed a large part of the overwhelming mess, floors, appliances, painting. I was just overwhelmed at their generosity. So now I now I am not so much a ghost, and I have been completing small home tasks and I hope to sell my house soon, something smaller. Hang in there girl.

Sending so much love to you Ramona!!!! I also lost my Husband in 2016 :( I was in the same boat as you with a mountain of home repairs and projects underway when he passed. My grief, anger and persistence in finishing what was so important to us sent me into total robot mode for 18 months. I worked full time, then remodeled the house and also demoed our motorhome, all by myself. Looking back, I don't know where I got the strength and energy. I ended up finishing the house and selling it in August of 2018, doing some couch surfing with friends and family and lived out of a tent at one point. Now I am trying to live full time in my motorhome that I completely rebuilt from the frame up. Which is what brought me to find Justin and Juby back before Azalea and they had just started out on the bus build.
This journey of being a widow, changed every bit of me.
I'm really thankful your friends were able to rally around you and get things taken care of for you. I wish you so much luck in your journey selling the house. I know it is not easy at all.

I’ve lived in houses that were being rehabbed many times in my life. My advise is to choose a room and complete it to the tiniest detail. Then go to the next room. When you feel overwhelmed, go to your finished room and chill…. Use it for a refuge until more of the house is finished.🐝🤗❤️ btw… I’m also a Pisces and like you I need at least one tranquil spot.

This is how I clean house. I start in one room or area and clean it completely before I moved to the next thing. This is great advice. We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom at the same time. Kind of had no choice as it was due to a pipe leak. If it was by choosing, I def would have done one first then the other. Since then, it’s been one room at a time or one project at a time.

I have to hand it to you guys. I would personally find it very hard to live in one house with two families. Being a natural loner all my life, I have always needed my personal space, and not sure I could do that. As for your home reflecting your emotional health, that I can relate to. I live in a 22 year old mobile home, that is fast becoming an albatross around my neck. It is so hard on your own to maintain, repair, and just do, it all. Especially with a limited income, and not being able to physically do a lot.

It is truly overwhelming and anxiety inducing. Thank you, for reminding me that these feelings are valid and not just my self doubt. New house, the dog (first year with a pup is the hardest), renovating , jobs and a new family of 3 on top. That is a lot! (sending you strength and love) I have full trust in you that you will be fine! You got all skills and tools to handle it, right there Juby!
What I do when i am overwelmed, is write 5 possitive things down, before you go to bed, can be a smile, a cup of tea, the sun, etcetc. Makes you sleep better aswell :) I did this at one time for at least 3 months each day, it helped me to calm down and focus on each day.

Please don’t wait until you get to the darkest place to pull yourself up out of it. It doesn’t have to come to that. Pain is buried below the surface; however, it doesn’t take more and more of it in order for it to be healed. Healing is more of a conscious effort than a passive one.🦋

One thing that can eliminate the stress/anxiety is to pray over your home. I'm not saying your home is demonic but who knows what the furniture or wood within the home holds. As I've become knowledgeable that furniture holds memories too. Perhaps just say, "Lord cleanse this home of things I can't see and keep our home close to you and safe." I had to do that for my apartment and ever since it's felt A LOT more calm.
Sending you many hugs! Everything will work out for you all! Take one day at a time and remember the why's of; why you moved there? Why this is important? Why etc..
    You've got this! You're a very strong soul! 💛

I love these Tea Times, they are always exactly when I need them and always full of things I need to hear and experience. I'm so glad you are finding ease in the discomfort of this transitionary time. I'm in a similar place as well, not with my home, but with my business. We just got home from our first vending experience at a festival where we debuted our new product line, Moon Baksets. It wasn't as successful as we thought it would be and it was sooo much work. Now we're home, unpacking and recalibrating. We have another festival in a couple weeks and I'm just feeling so overwhelmed. What you said about enjoying the process made me tear up, I didn't even realize I was holding back so much emotion. I am really disappointed with how this festival went, but I know this is only temporary and our success is inevitable. This is just a step along the path. I'm ready to let go and slow down. I hope you can find more time to take things slow in this transition phase you are in as well. Thank you for the wonderful meditation at the end🦋🌿💕

Odin is trying to find where he fits in his new pack, This all new to him also, he is still a pup, a child if you will. He needs to feel secure, loved like a child does. This maybe why he is acting out. I don't mean to sound rude, but dogs are so special to me and he is adorable.

Totally agree, wanted to write something about Odin but dont wanna be Negative Nancy. I have years of training and that Puppy needs way more input. The biting and aggression is a worry with small children around. I've seen this happen so many times. The atmosphere of stress and tension isnt ideal for him. I hope they can devote the time to help correct these behaviours and both pup and people can live harmoniously x

We've lived in three old (two very old) places and we refer to every crack and pit and scratch and squeak as "character" as in, "That's not a crack, that's character." We fix and repair some of the character issues and others we ignore and decide to see as part of the story of the house, kinda like the wrinkles and scars on our bodies. We had friends from out of town come to visit and they had gone through a very hard time and were a little upended and between houses because one was being sold and the other needed renovation to make room for all the kids and one of the kids asked how long we'd lived in our house and I told him 15 years. Then he asked how long it took for our house to look like it did (meaning comfortable and everything in its place) and I said...15 years. It'll happen organically over time. Keep being patient with yourself and give yourself grace - there's no race to a finish line :)

You find it much easier to clean and you will even love it, because it cleans your head.

I have moved a lot in my life and I am always having to remember to breathe during the moving process. When you consider everything holds energy, that's a lot of energy unsettled. Then toss in another family, integrating with other humans under the same roof, two of them young children, and WOW! Girl! Meditate!
I have found having a space, preferably a whole room, to myself, helps a lot. I currently find myself living in community with eight strangers. So I know of what you speak. Thank you for the validation.
The most meaningful thing you said for me in this video is to absorb the little loving things. It became clear just today as I took my walk is that both light and shadow is the path on this earth. It just is.

I feel your struggles as my own. My husband and I bought a 100+ year old home a few years ago and we are still waiting to fix everything we want. We can only afford to work on one thing at a time and sometimes the wait is unbearable. Some things get left undone because funds ran out and I pass the chaos day in day out. The anxiety and restlessness grows into impatience. Sometimes it feels like it will never get done and that leaves me with even more anxiety. It has caused spats in our relationship as he is more logical and methodical and I am more “go go go”, “progress progress progress”. I have to continually remind myself of the process, slow my breathing, and refocus my mind. Meditation does help and I am glad you incorporated it in your video today 😊

Juby, you are such a beautiful person. As a fellow Pisces I completely felt every single word you spoke. We do everything so passionately & are often misunderstood & our kindness is taken for weakness. More times than not we shove "us" aside to pacify those around us. We don't like confrontation & will avoid it at all cost. We are such peacemakers. We always want everyone to be OK especially those we love & care about. We get our feelings hurt easily because we think others love & care as passionately as we do. We don't confront or handle the issue when it arises so we end up like a pressure cooker, after so many emotions have built up we explode & all the while we thought those around us just knew or should have known that something was wrong or that they hurt our feelings. We are always so aware of others feelings & emotions & think they are aware of ours also. We always want to help & many times spread ourselves thin & become overwhelmed. I am the same way with it comes to the order of my home. It gives me such anxiety when things are so chaotic & I get frustrated when I've taken the time to organize & tidy things up only for someone to come behind me & mess it up. It makes me feel that they don't value or appreciate what we have or what I've done & what I value. As Pisces we find it challenging to have a solid voice & speak up for ourselves. We are the most dreamy & easy going people yet we want order. I am glad that you are getting help Juby. I will admit that I was worried when you mentioned a family was moving in with you guys. Having the new home & all of it's projects, Azalea at that defying toddler stage, not having found your own rhythm & routine yet in this new space, having the new pup, you & Justin working through the things you've been going through that's ALL SO MUCH for ANYONE! Hats off to you! I hope you & Justin are doing well. I really want to see you guys succeed in life. Whatever that is for you guys. You are wonderful people! I've been married for almost 20yrs now & the past 10yrs have been THE BEST by far & they just get better & better each day. Let the love that brought you together, keep you together & (TRY) not to say things to one another when you're upset. I know I couldn’t do more chaos in my life and when you add another family in the mix it brings even more anxiety because when you see something that you don’t approve of around the house it could be negative vibes. It is a good idea that you use your entire house and you can split the costs, share meals etc. Some ideas I thought of was to schedule 2 individual family nights in the house. For example, one family stays in on Monday night while the other family might have a soccer game or music lessons or simply a family activity. It will give you more of a sense of normalcy with nights of just your family bonding and connecting along with giving your child the spotlight not to mention a quiet house that is the reason I couldn’t do 2 families. Once you find a nice routine I believe you will feel less anxiety.

Living with another couple will wear on you as time goes by . You will start to find yourself trying to avoid them on a daily basis as time goes by being under the same roof. Hence the rule when kids become adults they move away from home and spread their wings. You sound overwhelmed and unconsciously are already suffering internally . Pray all gets better with time but it will always take a lot of sacrificing on your part to make things work but that’s what it will take to work. Your aware so that’s the first step! We live & learn as we journey what works in new experiences. Just being raw but honest! Beautiful area you live in so that’s a plus! Hope things unfold for you as you want to find your happiness!

As I listen to you, I'm thinking of a TV series from the 80's, "ThirtySomething". I was a young mom in the 80's and that show was my therapy. The main couple lived in a house that was under constant construction as I did. Now I'm in my 60's and I crave the messes...life is so good. Hang in there friend and thanks for the chat.

Not too intense. I’ve been struggling with a few tenants in my home lately after months of being at peace with everyone. I’m definitely being tested & it’s so disconcerting to find myself uptight, angry & frustrated after such a peaceful transition in this house. I definitely need to take time to meditate & let it all go. Thanks Juby 🥰

    Testing one,two,three:
I would love all this pain and suffering out of me.
But who could I help if I leave?
Why is others allowed to go to heaven... while others are stuck on earth... trying to keep living?
Oh how much I desire a relief... of begging and groaning and asking you please.
But where is my knees....bending to see... that I can be eased....from Christ in my leads.
You are a lighter or your the ignitor.
Did you start the fire in somebody's soul or did you leave them to die to fill your own hole 🕳?
It's only a question.... for those who are not resting... but still need a blessing when your tired of your testing.
All I want is to get out of pain...but then who can I train if I don't pull up on my chains.
You are a defeater or you are the cheater.
You are the leader or you are the beater.
You gotta see why you are staying...while others are praying you don't give up your obeying.
No one can teach you a better lesson until YOU are the blessing....never ever resting...but always confessing that God is our testing.
Now take a deep breath... for your heart can be a mess.... when you don't want to confess.... what got you to be your best.

That home has major water damage from the basement and God knows where else. I sure hope you guys will be ok as that’s a major risk buying that old home with tons of water damage and mold issues. Mold levels are highest in spring and fall-indoors and outdoors. Can can make people and pets extremely sick and even kill them if they somehow don’t figure it out soon enough. What you’re describing are also the beginning stages of mold sickness symptoms. And now all your things are inside that home, making them moldy as well. Not all mold is harmful but it is odd you’re all getting sick so easily, isn’t it? A lowered immune system from mold or can make you much more susceptible to getting colds and such. Mold illness can become an extremely surreal nightmare. Mold sickness is no joke and allopathic medicine can’t help you and won’t even agree it’s real (because they can’t fix it). You’re just on your own and had better find a safe environment, figure out what to do with your belongings (if it’s even safe to keep them) and find SAFE natural meds and treatments customized to all your individual needs as mold sickness will eventually affect your entire body and cause total chaos that varies person to person. It’s an extremely sneaky illness-it’ll take your energy and memory/neuro function and when it seriously harms those issues, you’re basically pretty damn helpless at that point. Mold illness absolutely can cause anxiety and depression. It can make your body depressed and your brain is part of your body. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is so very real and was one of my very first symptoms of severe mold illness. I knew it wasn’t exactly depression, I’d lost my zip, my zest, my outgoing colorfulness.
I sure as heck hope I’m not watching this happen to you guys. It’s such a bizarre, complex, horrific illness to endure and it completely changed your life and not for the better when it’s real bad. You don’t just heal fast at all. It’s a poison fungus thriving inside your body, aging it extremely fast and it just absolutely sucks the life and soul out of your body.
Keeping you guys in mind and I’ll keep my eyes out for you guys as far as symptoms and red flags. 💝

Housing costs are insane right now and they don’t have full time day jobs of course. That home would cost $600,000-700,000 in Colorado today. I know it’s not where they’re living but America is having a major housing shortage AND a mind blowing spike in pricing. It’s the hardest time to buy a home in the US probably ever right now.

The roof has to come of, the floors and they want to move the kitchen plus the water damage in the basement😵‍💫 So much needs done.
