I am portuguese and i agree with that. Their football is more passionate and less smart which ends up being more spectacular, more goals scored. In Europe we play a more tactical game, we use more brain and less muscle.

Every ppl only refers the fact that Portugal only won 1 game in 90 minutes, but everyone forgets that no1 beated Portugal this tournament and they had 0 losses. And the rules are the same to everyone, so that excuse is bullshit

For the haters saying Portugal played boring football, know this - if it were Italy, you would probably have been praising their resilience and clever defending. Teams hardly win championships by playing beautifully. Tiki-taka can be extremely dull as well but it worked for Spain three times. For the haters that say Portugal had it easy, know this - the only challenge France had leading up to the final was Germany. Don't believe me? Poland tied with Germany, Croatia beat Spain and Wales beat Belgium. Portugal beat Poland, Croatia and Wales so what does that say?
