Some nice quality perch & nice Walleye too 👍👍 man thats a rough day 5 hour round trip drive , 2 miles plus drag and fishing sunrise to sunset - you guys are dedicated 😀
I don’t think we would do a single day trip like that again, it’s just too much, even for good ice fishing.
Great job guys thanks for the video 💯
We were on Oneida last Saturday only caught a couple perch but we were only 19 ft of water definitely need to go back and go deeper what the bite was very slow that day for everyone ! We did have a slammer of a walleye come in and look at the bait but didn't take it !
Thanks! We’ll be back again this weekend. Sounds like you’re dialing in the bite, good luck out there!
Nice one guys! Good size perch and walleye! ice fishing is unique and lots of fun with friends and families
Thanks! It’s been a lot of fun the past few weeks! More to come.
Great ice fishing video!! Keep them coming. I would like to take a trip to Oneida to ice fish. Where do you park? Hope your dad feels better soon, he is one dedicated fisherman. Good fishing to you all!!
Thanks! Oneida is some good fishing. We’ve been going out of Lewis Point or Chapman Park. Dad is on the mend and some more ice fishing videos are on the way.
Moonshines are the ticket, they mostly all are glow and they DO glow even if you dont charge them with a light, just the ambient light under the ice is enough to give them a slight glow and they really are phenomenal on Oneida thats all we use, just change size and color when they arent biting them
We were out there of Lewis Sat-Sun on the sleds, so we were about a mile out, on the under water finger of structure. 8 eyes 10 perch all weekend, it was tough for us
I agree on the Moonshines. Never seen glow like that before.
You guys have any good spots for crappie in the area?
Our best crappie fishing has been at Chautauqua Lake.
If you have any more of those black foam mats take one and cut a few circles out of it make them little bigger than the hole you drill and make a cut to the center of the circle that way you can put them around those tip ups and that should help keep the hole from completely freezing up on you great video tight lines 🎣
What a great idea! Thank you.
@@willsworldoutdoors no problem hope it helps.
You using the 30" Riversider ice rod for oneida?
Is the shorter 24” rod. It’s great in the shanty.
Bro gotta get rid of the constant humming noise. Couldn't make it thru 2 mins
Sorry about that it’s the aerator in the minnow bucket.
