I don't think Stokes has ever pissed off an opponent. I think they're always pretty happy to see him back there trying to guard them. Play better Eric.
In highschool I had a guy complain to me that my teammates were talking shit to him and started talking shit to me instead of them. He did this during our FG and didn't line up against me otherwise. The next TD I grabbed him turned threw him on his back and stepped over him to go back to the sideline. He didn't line up infront of me after that
I played soccer and was a goalkeeper. One of their attackers had been pushing me and talking trash all game, so when they were awarded a penalty kick and he wanted to take it, I had to do something. I saved the penalty, got up and yelled "For 2 dollars more, you get an extra attempt"... He got in my face and we were both sent off... But it was all worth it :)
Playing DB in high school I would just be extra physical on the line, and hit his helmet on purpose but it wasn't a face mask so the refs didn't do anything. Bro got so pissed.
