Never ignore a crow. They are brilliantly intelligent birds. My husband had a pet crow, Edgar Allen, for years. I absolutely believe the crow was familiar with people and conveying a message.

Mr Ballen has ensured that I will never enter any woods or forest ever again.
Just so people are aware, I walk alot and i take my cousins girls who I childcare for and we always go on long woodland walk. A 3 year old and a 6 year old, both can walk upto 12 km (7.46 miles) that's through the woods, parks and pavement not through dense woodland and bogs (swamps). So a three year old could easily cover the distance but through that type of ground and in a straight-line is impossible. Kids even very little kids can walk that distance but never in the same consistent direction, they are too easily distracted and wonder in circles if you let them.
But to cover that in a certain amount of time is not possible idc who you are. I hunt and climb and it no way a fully grown man is moving this fast with a child. Idk what’s out there but my experience makes me hesitant to even go out unless it’s more than 4 ppl with me
Crows are seen by some native tribes (don’t think this includes crow nation) as wise and had historically consulted with the crow for a word of wisdom in the time of need.
One of my college buddies is from crow reservation, actually the grandson of one of their most profound chiefs in history, and we were in school together around the time this occurred. Didn’t tell me what the nation believed but he was constantly being updated on new findings regarding Robert’s disappearance.

They specified that a tribe lived on the land. So I imagined with all the equipment on him at night there might’ve been a tribe member/members out that saw him and felt threatened and took him and the placement by the stump is like a spiritual thing they do. And if they managed to go without ever being seen by people for years it makes sense to why they couldn’t find him for weeks.
Edit: it also makes sense why they went with the narrative that he got hit by a tree. Cuz it was from the tribe they probably can’t do anything about them.

Mr. Springfield was a member of the tribe and grew up on that reservation, if there were any kind of issues the family and everyone else would have known about it.
Taking the body and bringing it back makes a lot of sense and animals could have carried away pieces of the body after. It makes the most sense since he wasn't found before.

Just to let y'all know but crows, ravens are fucking smart, as smart as chimpanzees intelligence and tool usage. Ravens are capable of mimicking voices but to an extent of hearing them, and that fucking land area of those disappearance needs a library history check of the Crows tribe. Superstition exists for a reason, for example of my culture in ancient China, my people and those along who hold out blood; whoever points at the moon directly, you'll get some sort of scar behind your ear.
Side note, I really, really wanna get a companion of a raven.
First story did some digging the dogs were hunting dogs, large hounds. No human is going to grab a kid from 3 large hounds and there not be a lot of screaming or gunshots. The only one who yelled was the boy. What ever grabbed him up was able to scare hunting dogs, not even bears will scare off a large hounds in a group. This also happened in Maryland in the 40s by that time there were very few bears and no wolves left. The bear population has grown significantly since then due to restrictions on hunting and laws protecting them from just being shot on sight, none of those existed in the 1940s. So no wolves, no bear, one has to wonder what can scare a hunting hound so bad it wont move and just stands and growls refusing to turn around, that is a dog in abject fear.
Since I started to watch these cases I'm certain that autorities think that we are just stupid.. 🤣

Yeah I was wondering if the police took her clothes to test was to see if there was any semen on it, I mean I saw it a red flag she was found what naked but wearing one shoe?! They wouldn’t wanna tell the parents they were testing for that but if they found something I assume they would tell them. I’m wondering if the Dr just looked over her like for cuts or really examined her to see if she had been sexually abused
In the first story I’m thinking one of the dogs might’ve taken him. He was playing and throwing rocks so maybe he hit one of them or did something to anger a dog and the dog chased and picked him with their teeth or something. Long shot but probably the most logical in my opinion

It is highly improbable that a kidnapper was lying in the woods, spying on a random rural family, abducting a child in less than 30 seconds, only to drop it off at some distance away. It's illogical. Children being discovered at impossible locations is quite common in the 411 cases, where ALL of the other conventional theories have been investigated and discarded. That includes possible kidnappers - If there was a 3rd-party involved, there would have signs and tracks. But there wasn't - Not for a person, nor for an animal. So, where does that leave us?

13:43 But think about this. Search parties usually have trained scent dogs with them. If it was an animal that drug him off even with rain, a bloodhound would have picked that scent up.

That’s not possible again you can’t move that fast thru the forest!! No man! I’m telling you from experience. Same with the first child. I implore y’all to try to move thru a dense forest quick as a man with a heavy child so use a heavy backpack and I bet it will change your mind. @@jenicdarling9425 it’s just not that cut and dry. You would have to the most athletic human alive to just get away without being seen or heard. I’m sorry it’s just not possible for a man to do so. Some type of animal I can see. These type of cases are very interesting. And I’ve had things happen that I can’t explain and it made me hunt less and less. For your surroundings to be so alive and then in a heartbeat everything goes quiet is a scary feeling the birds stop the insects stop making noise it’s chilling. Seen a buck look up and was staring and it ran away faster than I ever seen it move. Me and brother was confused. Because it was no known predators around and we didn’t move. Only time it gets that quiet it’s a big predator around
