I'm not a mechanic or designer of this mulcher but I feel the hydraulic system needs too be upgraded it needs more hydraulic pressure but it is still a hell of a machine great video thank you for showing this be safe and God bless you
Appears to do nice work but machine seems bogged down by saplings and brush that my brushhog could handle. That said, the size of output debris is good. I'm wondering -- since this vid is from 2016 -- whether Rayco has upgraded the hp and oil output of this unit. Wouldn't mind comparing in pounds, price, and productivity to, say, a CAT 299D3 XE Land Mgt unit w/ mulcher when faced with live trees that are over 4-in DBH.
if yall need to make another demo film anytime, you're more than welcome to bring it to my place and run the fenceline with it. just from the looks of it it'd take all of 15 or 20 minutes. i'd imagine it'd make short work of a bunch of scrubby cedar and pine. great looking piece of equipment
The T360’s mulcher head can indeed be mated to other carriers, however, there are two considerations. First, it takes coordination with Rayco engineers to make sure the hydraulic systems are compatible. Next, an attachment system needs to be fabricated. If you have interest in exploring this further, please contact J.R. Bowling at Rayco by calling 800-392-2686.
When I watch the way this machines work I always wonder why they don't leave the head on the ground and push the small trees over. You'd think that in some cases it would up root the tree and you'd grind up the stump at the same time.
Way underpowered, there was a guy in NZ 20 plus years ago that built the best mulcher , log skidder converted with a 600hp 892 tta to power the hydraulics it was a monster
There is one thing I don't understand: why the hell did Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Warren Buffet not each buy one of this and a few hundred acres of land? I swear that's the very first thing I'll do if I becomes a billionaire; might even be the only thing I'll do.
Operator needs ear plugs, earmuffs or lose his/her ability to hear after operating any length of time. Sounds as though it might need another hundred or so horsepower to eliminate cutter head slowdown while mowing.
We stupid people masticate mostly invasive species plant life, in other situations depending on the silviculturist prescription we grind some trees to allows more space and nutrients to stave of fungus or beetles. We do more good than you give us credit for though. Tree Huggers blocking gates making me late oh man
Essam Ragaee using such a maskine all day-year is quite expencive... most people that use them are farmers expanding their fields, ore say you bought an old farm that havent been farmd say 10 years.. an unused field turn in to brush-forest very fast if not used every year, and there are trees giving seeds nearby.
My question ? What is the cleared land used for, when the stumps are left in the ground ? If farming then U would need to run over it with Cat d6 or better using a root rack Would that not make the mulching a waste of time& money ? When everything could be pushed into windrows & burned later ? Also what about the thick layer of mulch "molding "which would cause root rot, how is this problem overcome?
I love watching this kind of stuff, It shows what man can do when they have a need for something. Very strong machine.
That thing is a monster!

That thing is a beast. Iove watching mulchers in action.
If nobody has made a horror movie yet about one of these things coming to life, they're missing out on box office gold.
Nice overhead view.
Not enough protection for the hoses on the jead by the way hope the hyd and fuel tanks don't crack the at the tub anymore
Nice ! , Cool video and a Thumbs Up liked for you.

I lovw the whirring of the mulcher head powerful machine indeed
John looking good prairie dogs watch out
WOW that's the way to do it
Hello !
Is it possible to attach this cutter to other machines, for example, in a loader?

I like the brush cutter but don't understand why all the trees.
Where does all the trees and bushes it mulches go? I can’t see much chopped debris after it has a gob full.
That's the whole purpose of this machine, To run once it once ,back up and go forward again, Job done !
How much would it cost per acre to request a service like this? I'm writing a habitat management plan for a wildlife biology course.
It costs 150$ per
Hour in Australia 😀, and acre wouldn’t take long
I bet that's a maintenance nightmare maybe not. I bet it drinks some fuel but it's getting it done
Dave Stinson f
it's weird, i could watch this all day.
Me too man. It's so satisfying to watch. I got to watch a guy turn 5 acres of trees into tooth picks, man it was a blast to watch
This would be awsome for someone clearing land for a paintball field or motocross track
Yep if they had 50 grand to do it
I got to watch a guy clear a wooded 5 acres, was a blast to see it all get turned into tooth picks haha
Good Product

👍👍
Does any body know where Andrew Camarata is from? Where is his business located.
Good
I want one but the bank wont
What I could do with that machine on my property in a day.... My budget will stick with a tractor and a chain saw.
Bout 100 more horse. Then no more bogging down.
Verdadeiro monstro de destruição.
Bad arse
Need it for zombie invasion
What if Jason used that on Friday the thirteeth? Scary!
no meu pc o video trava direto
Gosh darn, that thing hates forests! 😄
Turns em into tooth picks with ease haha
wow...
😮☝🐾💃
хорошо !!!
Works just great 😉😈😈😈😀😀🙌

Lol, thats way more power then needed for the type of clearing he's doing. A skid steer with a head can handle that job plenty!
What cost one of him ?
Any nesting birds in that area?
Move
Not anymore.
Dude this people dont care about nature
Tree hugger nightmare monster!
Lol yeah
needs more power
Bet ya cant rent one of those bad boys at home depot.

How much for one of these things cost?
Depending on the attachments, about $450,000
Info please
Dear Santa Clause.
Aparar o mato TD bem..mas derrubar árvores não é muito bom....mas acredito q deve haver algum bom projeto pra esse local
I think you can do the same thing with a Soviet tank T34 no expensive tungsten carbide blades needed
Thats what you get for thinking
Should have used these in world war 2
hedge grinder
Way better machine....l like your HD....and NO stupid bipping…!!

ужасная машина. Бедный лес, просто уничтожают легкие планеты.
Nice that you brag about how fast you can destroy the earth!!!
I dont understand why those stupid people kill the trees ???
Why they hate green colour and love concrete !!!
