I can easily say that you aren't alone in loving Mass Effect Andromeda, I love the game even with its flaws, it's fun and the story is pretty good. I am thinking of trying the Turian mods too :)

I was actually in touch with the modder and others in the discord server, and thanks to Jedi Fallen Order I knew how to find the voice files to attempt the edit. The issue, Ryder's lines are everywhere and mixed with other character lines. There's virtually no clean way to edit nor replace them without dedication of insanity.
Mass effect should have Turian, Quarian and Asary (at least) character race. Those are the most "human like" for the gameplay, i would love a game of the franchise who has that character options. By the way, thanks for he mod!
I have been trying to model mass effect andromeda for 1 week following all the steps and none of the mod downloaded and installed with frosty mod it works already it is extremely frustrating because with the legend and edition everything works well
If you're talking about reshade, on the top of my head I use: FakeHDR Delc Sharpen Bloom and Flares Ambient Lighting Multi Lut Cinematic Lut Midtone and Shadows MAXO
My current mod list is around 25, but I have around 50 mods saved that I reuse. Its nothing big like custom campaigns or new levels, but theres alot of mods that make it the best experience.

Ye, all machinima stuff will still be in Halo but everything else is fair game.
