Yes it was. However I wish the actual workout was more challenging. But there is a Hot Pilates in Richmond and that is amazing.

@pageshingler I went to this one, Hot Yoga Richmond, here is the address 3024 Stony Point Rd, Richmond, VA 23235. Also this is known to be the Hottest Studio in Richmond.
