Sequoia, bestie blink twice if they forcing you to do this.
Imagine seeing a casually dressed dude handcuff another random dude in the middle of the food court.
This "treasure hunt" mentality of moving stuff around all the time actually backfires for me. Numerous times I have left the store without getting what I wanted, because I couldn't find it. And then only later to be told by a friend that they had it in stock. So no sale for you Costco. 🙁
I totally agree. This will make me purchase elsewhere. I'm not running around searching for something in that giant store!
I got a killer deal on vacation last year. Insane deal with airfare, hotel and car!
Food court and eye exams can also be used without a membership
Lol secret shopper , so loss prevention then .
I'm Canadian. I cannot access my Costco without a membership, BUT! I know you can buy items online without it. I did that a few times. So, if your local Costco refuses to let you in, because you don't have their card - just go online and buy things that way. Some items are member-only, but many are available without the membership.
Tell them you’re going to the pharmacy and they’ll let you in without a card. You can use the pharmacy without a card in Canada
No membership required to order food from the food court, or buy gas if there's a gas station present
membership is required for both food court and gas. as a costco employee please stop spreading this bs makes our job harder now we have to explain to people why they cant go in and they get mad because some youtube comment says they can go in.
but they won't even let you in the store if you don't have a membership card :(
get a gift card?
@@Emma-zi9kf Nah i think I'm good for now lmaoooo, don't think ill be going back after that rude hot Cheeto worker at the front of the store threatened to call the security on me when I was only ten yrs old just because I didn't have a membership card. It was a Lil traumatic at that age.
@@rosannechan5416 oh my god what... 10 yrs old I'm sorry???
@@rosannechan5416 I work the front door at Costco. We cant let anyone in under 18 unless they have their parents. If your parents weren't there it's perfectly normal to call security or a supervisor to the front to see if u need help finding your parents or something
You can go t the food court with no membership
I love the discount clothing ... sometimes I find shirts and pants for $6.97 or even $4.97 each!!! The unsold clothing that didn't sell it.
Doesn’t matter what time you go it’s always busy😂
This video makes me want to go to Costco ❤️
When is the Hagen das food court ice cream bars coming back?
In florida, you do need a membership for liquor.
Ok, so now I need a Costco in my location. Quick...
Would love the Walmart version of this.
Everybody had a good day 🙌🏽
The gift card only works as a replacement card at the gas station. The cashier still needs to scan a membership to start your transaction at the register. The gift cards do not work for that.
I went to Costco today. How ironic this video comes up!
i went up to one of the sample lady because i wanted to know when the food will be done by (it was taking a long time and there was no one else nearby...) and she gave me attitude and said i'm not allowed to ask those questions..... ????????????????? so i just walked away....
The best time to go is the hour before they open to the public. 60+ only!!!!!!
Another tip is some locations have gas stations and they are usually busy because they are sometimes 10 cents cheaper than the cheapest regular gas stations.
And the gasoline is good quality, not something that might cause car problems!
Oh god, I went at opening once years ago on a WEEK day. Never again.
Costco also pays really well, employees can make 65k a yr
Isn’t hard to get a job there though? I heard you have to know someone so they can get you in?
Thank you so much for this Buzzfeed!!
I go there for one item and walk out with $500 later and I forget that one item 😂😂😂
in Mexico you cant even get in to Costco to take a look if u don't have a membership
I had tried to return bad milk or eggs and 1 customer service is like; "well? Where is the milk?" Then when I bring the milk back; then the other rep looks at you funny and say; "you don't need to bring it back. What are we suppose to do with it?" I don't know. Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.
I've been at Costco for 28 years, good pay and benefits. But I'm wore out and hate Christmas now!
Every store moves their items around with the help of people in reset teams like me bwahhaahhahaaa
I work at a Costco and our loss prevention guy flipped on a shoplifter today lol
I remember seeing a lady return a half eaten sheet cake.
Tip #17 Always go into a Costco with at least $300 in your wallet because chances of you picking up only a few things will probably go out the window as soon as you walk into the store.
Yes, the Costco rotisserie chicken is the best I've found compared to other stores.
Walmart (at least here) is far superior for rotisserie chicken 🤷🏼♀️ There’s something strange tasting about the Costco chicken ... just saying as a super taster it’s weird 🤷🏼♀️
#14 is not always correct in other countries such as the UK (I work for costco in the uk)
