Honestly the pay varies wether you obtained a PCT certification or CNA certification. A lot of times when you apply hospitals offer different rates or sign on bonuses. A lot of my other PCA co workers get paid differently. Some get paid less some get paid more. But usually between $13-18 an hour. Also when you sign up for agreement shifts (extra shifts) you can get paid like $20 extra
