- Hi everyone, here comes my performance of a quite sensational movie these days “Dune”
Inspired by music of Hans Zimmer and arrangement of Patrik Pietschmann I decided to present my own performance of such a great film soundtrack. Hope you enjoy it 😊✌🏻
The quote of this movie which I was touched most :
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings obliteration.
And I'll face my fear and I'll permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past...
I will turn the inner eye and see its path.

Finally a piano cover understands the dynamics of this soundtrack, and its not only arpeggios for the sake of arpeggios, the harmonies shine like they should. Very good arrangement.

Someone has said that real mastery of playing an instrument is when the matter technique skill is not even a discussion. That is what I felt when I whatched you playing this music, your technique and your control in the piano are so internalized and mastered by you that the experience that I had was in a superior level, the level of interpretation, of leadind and letteing yourself being lead by the music, in a dialletic way that only a musician in the true sense of the word do.
I wish I could at least play an Hanon exercice in a decent way kkk

For some reason, this reminds me of Westworld
Zimmer and Djawadi have worked together, so there is likely influence there. Not to mention the Westworld opening sequence is a piano being played.
