From a traditional bank to Ethical Banking. Marco Manico tells us why he made such a decision and haw it changed his entire approach to life.
Marco Manico has been a bank's employee since the age of 19th. A book, Banker to the Poor by Mohammad Yunus, opened his mind e pushed him to get closer to microcredit and the Community Development Bank system.
That was the beginning of his personal revolution. Nowadays Marco is not working in a bank anymore, he joined Banca Etica (an Italian Ethical Banking), he earns a little bit less and he has finally found the "meaning of life": taking the risk of doing something in which you strongly believe
