I can put it down as both the bikes are really awesome but there are few pros and cons associated with both. Just before buying RS 200 i took a test drive for Yamaha R15 V3 and following is what i can quote to the buyers:- 1) In terms of refinement and look Yamaha R15 V3 beats RS 200 hands down. amazing engine refinement with almost zero vibrations. 2) I personally found that RS 200 accelerates better as it has more BHP and Torque. That engine just doesn't know how to sweat even after running for 4 hours at a stretch. But then it has vibrations but they are manageable and not like Royal enfield bullets. 3) The riders triangle which you all will be aware off is much comfortable at RS 200 then Yamaha R15 V3. Even the seat of Pulsar RS 200 is more accommodating then Yamaha R15 V3. Wish we still had the option for Honda CBR 150R things could have been more engaging. That bike rests in between Yamaha R15 and Pulsar RS 200. Honda is no less than Yamaha when it comes to engineering. Anyways if you want a real comfortable sports kind of looking bike RS 200 can never be beaten and it will remain pick of customer who are more into daily commuting and highway riding and touring. But if you don't have any problem with the committed stance of R15 V3 then it is a great bike as its power on papers might look less than RS 200 but it is not at all slower than RS 200. Happy biking folks !!!!

Most probably the Pulsar RS200 is the bike I'll buy in future. A big NO to bikes without ABS. No compromise with safety on Indian roads, especially at speeds beyond 60 kph, which can kill one. Also, no fun riding a bike below 200 cc these days, decent power is the new normal now. Besides performance, rider comfort does matters a lot. However, my perspective is based on my experience with 160 km up and down journeys with the Dominar 400.

I would choose an R15 v3 for the built quality, refined engine, 140 rear tyres, led lights and awesome looks .... But RS200 inspite of the noisy looks its more practical with an affordable price, single channel abs, 200 cc ktm based engine, comfortable riding position which ultimately wins the game and the best value for money!

I sometimes ride my friends 2016 ktm rc 390 which is way more committed compared to r15 v3 and i don't have complaints about any kind of pain... I am 6'1"
@@sanidhyapratapsingh5685 LOL so you mean Harley and Enfields are stupid to give an upright posture to their riders. For teenagers this committed riding stance will not be a problem for even a 1000 kms run but for people who have crossed 35 age will show signs of back pain and fatigue for even driving such a bike for 300 kms at one stretch.
Best review. Thanks.. plzz make a video on how to get maximum efficiency
in the drag race between these bikes rs200 may win the race but r15v3 will win our heart😁😁😁😁
Aaditya Winning is winning... They should've place the R15 at a lower price...
No man r15 has greater quality than pulsars and far better engine and most parts are not made in india bajaj bikes not last like yamaha
u always see a thug of war btw dominar and enfield but every body know that dominar is bajajs bike and problms arise with time
Re has also prblms
@@technicalevolution9887 I am driving a Pulsar RS 200 from past 5 months and clocked more than 10000 kms in just 5 months. Highest I have riden my bull is 1000 KMS in 18 hours on Hyderabad highway. The Dominar and RS are not like other Bajaj engines as they both gets derived out of Duke KTM engines. Till now I have spent only 3000 rs in servicing the bike that's it. Not even a single part failure. I can any day take my bull over highways to enjoy the beauty of nature in a more relaxed and enjoyable manner. every bike is good and respectable.
Don't compare r15 v3 with RS because R15 v3 has got only 155 cc.. Compare RS 200 with Ktm Rc200 they both are of 200 cc bike... It will be better....
Once in a life in this segment.....im in love with r15 i am ready to take back pain
great review. thank for clear my mind. In Malaysia, r15 $500 usd more expensive than pulsar rs200.
I'm go with RS200 👍❤
Still though R15v3 is 155cc segment it gives a hard challenge to RS... That's yamaha for u. The beast of all in 150 segment. 👍
I'll go with the Pulsar RS 200...😍😍😍
I really love r15 v3.0 hope soon ill buy it.
Rs is better in looks and power both
Look of pulsar just awesome
The handle bar should be minimize of RS 😎
R15 v3 is the best beginners bike in India. Sexy look, super smooth engine, great performance 0 t0 100 in 10 sec, awesome f efficiency 30 to 52 kmpl, affordable, amazing handling, Japanese reliability, slippers clutch, perimeter frame, wider tyre, low set mono shock, low clip ons, high rear set pegs.......cons:no abs, brakes suck, headlight not bright enough........still r15 v3 is the best toy to hone your skills, yeeeeeeees yamaha!!👌👌👌👌
RS 200 is dominant & R15 is recessive
Who else thinks that rs200 looks like an owl
Bajaj: Theres no replacement for displacement!
Yamaha: Hold my beer...
Its Me Again ! Lol
Cheers buddy🍷😜
Thanx for the awesome review.... No doubt RS still rocks
Rs 200 exhaust sound is superb
R15 looks more stunning, but then also i would prefer the RS bcoz of the more power .
Power and also that heavy weight elephant that rs200 brings to you... R15 v3 can easily go head to head with any of the 200s available in indian market
RS 200 king of the 200cc segment
I just need an r15 with a more comfortable seating position
R15v3 , proud owner for a month. Awesome bike.
