There was a period that she didnt really wear much makeup, she was promoting it too as letting her skin breathe and she opened up about growing up with acne, if anything she probably just wears concealer now, she always keep it very light and natural.

What she said about food and water is so true. My skin was at its best when I stopped eating dairy, carbs and reduced cholesterol. When I reintroduced them to my diet, my skin went back to ugly.

I used to be one of those people who wouldn't step out of the house without a full face of makeup on, even to go to the mail box 😂 then I one day I realized I was spending too much money on makeup and also wearing more makeup that I needed. So z
I started to focus on skin care, cut back on sugar, dairy, among other not so healthy foods, and boom my skin transformed to the point that I don't need foundation anymore. It takes time to gain that confidence, but once you do is liberating.
Her energy is everything I need right now.
If I'm overcome with sadness, Alicia Keys can help me feel better with love and comfort.
